During our two-day drive home to Iowa from Virginia, we were getting hungry and I pressed "restaurants" on the Google Maps route. It suggested Boomtown Cafe. It is a tiny slot parlor. About 5 or 6 slot machines, and that's it.
Not a place to go if you want food or coffee. Locals seem familiar with this fact, but travelers and tourists to Point Pleasant, be warned.
