Bizy Beaver Indoor Playground — Attraction in Port Orange

Hi I wanted to share some honest feedback as a neighbor and a stay-at-home mom. I live one traffic light away and could come almost every day, but I’ve only been twice in two years. I easily drive 30 minutes to another park, even though this place is much closer.

The color scheme is very loud, and the play equipment hasn’t been updated in a couple of years. The playground is great, but after about an hour, I’m done being there. There’s a big homeschooling community in this area, but I never hear anyone mention Bizy. Which is a shame :-(

I think you’ve got real potential here, but a few changes could make this a go to spot for local families.

It is hard to justify coming regularly when the membership is $7.99 per month for Chuckie cheese. And a daily drop in at Bizy is $35 for two kids. If the atmosphere matched the membership value, I think more families would sign up for the $70 membership.

I have been going to Bizy Beaver with my kids for a while. In April 2021 I payed for a private party that I was very pleased with. Never any complains. Today was my first time going since new owners..I have to say I’m pretty bummed and probably won’t return. My kids have a great time, and paying $13 a child with a $2 sibling discount was never a problem. When we went today, it came out to $50 plus tax just to get in the door. It is not* included on the website, so expect to pay $6 PER ADULT on top of paying for your children. After being there a half hour I noticed broken pieces on toys, climbing toys for toddlers that swayed back and fourth if even touched. I hovered my children more than ever, I did not feel comfortable for them to play like prior. I would definitely recommend having staff that smiles, and presents pleasant customer service would be a great improvement, I felt like a complete bother anytime I even went to order any food...

Me and my husband brought our 2 little ones today 3 yrs and 9 months old. IT WAS WONDERFUL! Plenty of stuff for both ages to keep occupied and enjoy themselves. It’s hard to find fun things for my 3 yr old too do that will also be nice for a baby who isn't even walking yet. The set up is perfect! The place is big and spacious but also not too big to where you feel like your kids will be able to run completely out of sight. You are even able to join your kids on everything. Great for bonding as well for just keeping a peace of mind for those little ones who need extra assistance. Once you pay you have unlimited time (as long as you don't leave and come back) which is awesome because they also have affordable snacks and drinks for both kiddos and parents. All the employees were also very kind. The experience is always better when you feel comfortable with the people and the atmosphere. 11/10 definitely recommend!...
