Our weekend starts with a Friday evening trip to the Auction. "Hawk" and his staff are great people that are friendly and helpful. The buying experience could not be easier, turn up before 630pm, show your id and get a bidding card, take a look at the items for auction and bid by holding your numbered card up. its great fun and you will get some awesome bargains from jewelry to antiques, to rugs, to furniture and everything in between and even better, they almost never have a reserve price!! just remember to add the 12% buyers premium and then the 6% sales tax on top of the total...so $100 becomes $112+ 6%sales tax. I don't know the owners or any of the staff personally, but you will feel like you do when you spend a couple of Fridays at the auction. they also sell refreshments and drinks hotdogs, pretzels etc. for a reasonable price remember the staff who do all the lifting and carrying throughout the evening, they will also help you load your things if they are large, leave them a tip, they work hard all week....but its not compulsory....but still leave them a tip....and not something like "never eat yellow snow" that's a good tip but it wont pay...

This fast paced Port St.Lucie Treasure Coast Auction Gallery is in a strip center right on US. 1 and on any Friday night from 5:30PM to around 10:30PM, you'll see hundreds of people in the audience. This live auction sells around 500-600 items at each auction so you're going to find something you didn't know you need and can't live without. When I attended the live auctions there were so many household items from dishes to artwork and small decorative items and collectibles from glassware to sports items. I bought items, paid for them and took them home and had a great time. Many of the buyers are locals and lots of buyers come here looking for items to re-sell at local flea markets, antique or thrift shops or online platforms so there are lots...

What a great place to go for an auction. The staff are wonderful. They make you feel like one of the family. They explain everything before you purchase the item. They bring any flaws to your attention. Last week there was an item that I was looking to purchase and wasn't brought up for auction yet, we were getting ready to leave, we mentioned it to the owner, the owner brought it right up for auction and auctioned it off so that I had the chance to bid on it if I wanted to.
