Ahh, why had I not discovered this place sooner? Regardless, I'm so glad I did, because my wife and I had two of the most fun escape room experiences in a long time here. We did two rooms -- 'Tales from the Attic' and 'Prison Break.' Having done nearly 50 escape rooms, I can say that 'Attic' is definitely one of the most unique rooms I've ever done and likely ranks in my top 5. There were surprises around every corner, and it was the right combination of challenging and fun, without being frustrating. I can't say too much without spoiling it, but be sure not to miss it! 'Prison Break' was an easier room, but wow, so much fun! Some familiar puzzles, some nice twists on familiar puzzles, and a couple new ones for us. All in all, we left with lots of smiles, and even a new personal best time record. We had game master Sophie for both rooms, who was awesome -- friendly and helpful every step of the way. What's better, I appreciated how she was on top of our game when we asked for hints. It's so frustrating when game masters either aren't paying attention to your status, or give you unhelpful hints. Here, we were able to get hints quickly and appropriately for where we were at. Thank you -- looking forward to doing more games here in the...

The Portlandia room was very creative and Jake, the game master, was wonderful and fun to work with. I am rating them 3 stars because we originally had the Amnesia room booked eight days in advance for 10/17 but when our group of 12 showed up, we were told that we weren’t technically in their system for the day because the Amnesia room shouldn’t have even been available to book since it’s under construction and not a working room. We had completed waivers ahead of time and even got a reminder email from the day prior so this mixup was annoying. We were offered the Portlandia room instead. I asked for a discount/refund since it wasn’t the room we researched and planned for and the solution was we pay for only 10 people instead of 12, since the Portlandia room max limit was 10 people. While I completely understand that we used their resources, room, and game master’s time, overall, I left feeling disappointed because we wanted a very challenging room to do as major escape room enthusiasts and if I had known the Amnesia room wasn’t available ahead of time, we probably would’ve planned to go to a different escape room designated and designed for...

Santa got us an awesome gift of an escape room, and we ended up choosing the Prison Escape room. We had an issue with booking our gift cards online, and it was quickly and easily fixed over the phone. We walked in the door and were greeted by Zach (hopefully I spelled right) who was very friendly, and happened to be the same person that fixed out online booking issue. The building is very clean, including the restroom. Not cramped at all, and they have some pretty neat shirts and posters to purchase. Our game master was Jax, (again hoping I spelled correctly) who was also very friendly and a great game master. The escape room was a lot of fun, and we even finished with almost 20 minutes to spare! We accidentally left with one of the keys in our pocket, and luckily we hasn't gone far. When returning the key, Zach was very friendly and didn't make us feel bad at all for swiping the key and making them stay a little late to wait for us to return it. We all had a great time and can't wait to return to do more escape rooms. We really want to try amnesia...

It was a ton of fun! Five of us did the escape room and only one of us had done one before, but he hadn't succeeded. We ended up completing the room Tales from The Attic, which was TONS of fun, with just under 3 minutes to spare. On top of that our guide (Madd I think) was SUPER nice. Not just like "I hate humanity but I'm nice to customers because it's my job" nice but it seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. At one point we decided we needed to get a hint and one of my friend who was doing the escape room with us wanted to be the one to pick up the phone because he wanted to "talk to the nice person". All in all it was an amazing experience and it's been 3 and a half hours since and I'm still really happy we did it. (I ended up being the one to ask for the hint, and our guide was really awesome and helpful).

We did the Portlandia escape room with two adults and four kids (ages 9 & 7) and it was amazing! Jake was our puzzle master and very professional, even when our kids were overexcited. The puzzles were fun, not tedious, and our kids were engaged and even solved puzzles on their own without any help from adults (some clues were lower to the ground so they had a better vantage point!) We did escape but needed help; one puzzle was really unique but the mechanism was too complex to work correctly so we got some extra time on the clock. We have done about half a dozen escape rooms around Oregon, CA, & Las Vegas, and this one was definitely one of our favorites-- the reveal of the 2nd room was major. We are excited to return for more!
