Santa got us an awesome gift of an escape room, and we ended up choosing the Prison Escape room. We had an issue with booking our gift cards online, and it was quickly and easily fixed over the phone. We walked in the door and were greeted by Zach (hopefully I spelled right) who was very friendly, and happened to be the same person that fixed out online booking issue. The building is very clean, including the restroom. Not cramped at all, and they have some pretty neat shirts and posters to purchase. Our game master was Jax, (again hoping I spelled correctly) who was also very friendly and a great game master. The escape room was a lot of fun, and we even finished with almost 20 minutes to spare! We accidentally left with one of the keys in our pocket, and luckily we hasn't gone far. When returning the key, Zach was very friendly and didn't make us feel bad at all for swiping the key and making them stay a little late to wait for us to return it. We all had a great time and can't wait to return to do more escape rooms. We really want to try amnesia and film noir.

It was a ton of fun! Five of us did the escape room and only one of us had done one before, but he hadn't succeeded. We ended up completing the room Tales from The Attic, which was TONS of fun, with just under 3 minutes to spare. On top of that our guide (Madd I think) was SUPER nice. Not just like "I hate humanity but I'm nice to customers because it's my job" nice but it seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. At one point we decided we needed to get a hint and one of my friend who was doing the escape room with us wanted to be the one to pick up the phone because he wanted to "talk to the nice person". All in all it was an amazing experience and it's been 3 and a half hours since and I'm still really happy we did it. (I ended up being the one to ask for the hint, and our guide was really awesome and helpful).

Our first escape experience!!! The ambiance and craftsmanship was amazing!!! Definitely such a good place to start, and challenging for experienced players. The staff was incredible and helped us out along the way while still making it feel like we were solving things on our own. We needed 2 extra minutes which they happily obliged and we got to see the whole room through!!! ABSOLUTELY WILL BE COMING BACK!! Update: just came back and did the film noir room AND ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT!!! Jax was incredible and I am already so so SO STOKED to come back again!!
