The customer service here is fantastic. Convinced our sagging mattress was worn out, we went shopping for one at Ecelctic Home. Their selection was surprisingly large. Dennis was knowledgable, honest, and took a lot of time with us. We bought a mattress right then to be delivered in two weeks. That night we suddenly worried we had made a mistake; we'd never checked to see if our box spring or frame was the problem. We called Dennis, and that same day he sent someone out for free to assess our bed. Turns out we just needed new box springs, which cost a whole lot less than a new mattress. Best of all, he let us try out the new box springs for a few days before buying. Saved us a sizable chunk of change, even though it meant them losing the sale. Thank you...

When you finally splurge on a great bed, Dennis is the kind of proprietor you want to buy from. Knowledgable, patient, and kind, he guided us through the maze of many types of premium beds (organic, wool, latex, etc), helping us to arrive on our perfect mattress, then working to fine-tune the firmness to our liking. We had the mattress, organic Coyuchi bedding, and handmade cherry frame delivered weeks later by his (masked) team, who put the bed together quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the service and selection. We originally bought an organic mattress online and were unhappy with the quality and returned that one. We then visited P&C and were impressed with their store and being able to test the mattresses in person made a huge difference. They worked with us on getting the softness/firmness just right by coming out several times after it was already delivered until we were happy.
