St. Johns Bridge

My brother Matthew McConnell hegland was found dead floating in the river. He was a thirty year old father to two. They say he jumped, then got snagged underwater and his lifeless body was found a year later. The thing is they still haven't done an autopsy despite him being known to have deeply feared heights. He was also mummified and not eaten by any fish. His clothes were complete and the writing on it legible. They say he left work and did this. He was in casual clothing I saw him in last time he visited. He always wore work clothes to work. Oh and his neck was intact. If someone fell off that bridge and cracked their skull on top from hitting the water head first, shouldn't the spine be at least some damage? Something doesn't quite add up here. That bridge is a great dumping spot is what is sounds like to me. I hate the st johns bridge.
