I have to say, the folks were very polite on the phone, but my experience was not helpful and also a little annoying. I called to ask if they carry band-saw blades. I was put on hold for a couple of minutes, then she came back to ask me to repeat what I was looking for. Told her again, and 3-4 minutes later, someone else picked up and asked me if I was being helped. I said, "Yes ma'am", and got put on hold again. A minute or so later, the person I first spoke to asked if someone had helped me. When I said, "Not yet", she said, "I don't know why they didn't pick up." Got put on hold again. A guy picked up a minute or so later, and asked for details on what I was looking for. On hold, again. Couple of minutes later, another guy picks up, asks me the same questions, pauses and says, "We don't have that." We go at least once a month. They have a military discount. They rent out garden equiptment AND tables, chairs, etc for parties. Every staff member is knowledgeable and they have specialists for every department. If they dont have what you need, they will give you an honest answer about where to find it. They also reccomend local plumbers, electritions, contractors, etc. They gain nothing but trust from those referrals. We have never been sorry.
