How happy and lucky we are to have met Vince and Don. What great people they are! Very caring, informative, super super super smart guys! Professional, respectful, responsive, friendly, caring and smart! Did I say smart? They are!! When no one at Apple could figure out my phone problems (Apple would just give me a replacement phone 8 times), these guys figure things out! They are the most valuable people we have to help our personal and small business out. We don’t know what we would’ve done without them. We refer all our customers to Benchmark Computers and our customers come back into our store to personally thank us for referring them to these great guys.We have used them for over 10 new and different projects and we are always thrilled with the results! My husband's computer crashed and we needed to export the information to his new computer. It was complicated since the motherboard of the old computer was compromised.

We took both computers to Benchmark in Prescott Valley. Vince managed to get the transfer done, including a migration of Microsoft 365.

I've worked with quite a few computer technicians over the years. Vince is by far the most patient.

I then decided to get a new laptop, so of course I took it to Vince for the transfer. In addition to seamlessly making the transfer, Vince took extra time to show me some of the features on my new Lenovo.

I first heard Vince and Don from Benchmark Computers give a short talk on Cyber Security. I planned to take notes the entire time however; didn't need to as they walked me through everything on my own phone. Then I hired Vince to come to my home to help me with my security risks and he spent 3 hours working with me. The entire time, he was very professional, upfront about the what and why that needed to be done and was incredibly patient with both my husband and I.
