The Human Bean — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

This is the second time I’ve been turned away at human bean. Which kind of sucks cause both time I was craving a coffee and it’s disappointing to not get what you are craving. First time my husband went and on Apple map is says they are open till 8 - got there at 7:02 pm and was turned away for being closed. Second time I went at 6:34 PM and they told me they were only accepting card at the time cause they already closed their drawer. I had cash on me but I left my wallet at work so I was turned away again cause they didn’t want to accept my cash. I really like this place. Great coffee, even better food. A little pricey but willing to pay and support a local own place, but being turned away twice in one week really sucks. Thought I found my coffee place in PV - will continue to find my place else where. Inconsistency will kill a business.

Taking stuff back for a remake sucks for me too. I purchased 3 holiday themed drinks. Pumpkin spice snowies. In the advertising picture it has whipped cream and cinnamon on them. This is not something I normally buy. Just iced coffee with I guess pumpkin spiced creamer. I was told they don't look like the picture and was told by who I got the drink for that they messed it up and how do you screw up a holiday themed drink. Idk how but I was told how when I returned for the remake. Apparently I need to specify that I want the whipped cream and cinnamon up front. Ok. I didn't know that. Then I got told this time they will remake the drink that got drunk but not again. When I hand the drinks out to my passengers, I don't say don't drink it. Sorry about that, not really. Almost nobody is trying to scam you for a free coffee. That includes me. I said sorry. They never did. Just told me how I was wrong. The remake looks vindictively made or maybe I'm just projecting. Anyways their customer service and pride in what they are doing wasn't present. I...
