Oh boy, let me tell you about Park Collective. It's like a wonderland for parents - a place where you can sip on some delicious coffee, munch on some mouth-watering cookies, and watch your kids go crazy on the indoor playground.
Yes, you read that right - an indoor playground. This place has thought of everything. They know that sometimes parents just need a break, so they've provided a safe and fun place for your little ones to burn off some energy while you sit back and relax.
And let's talk about the seating. It's like they've designed this place with parents in mind. There are plenty of tables and chairs scattered throughout the space, so you can keep an eye on your kids while still enjoying some much-needed downtime.
But let's get to the important stuff - the coffee and cookies. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the cookies are like little bites of heaven. And the best part? You can indulge guilt-free, knowing that your kids are playing and having a blast (and wearing themselves out for nap time, bless their little hearts).
And of course, there's the wifi. It's fast, it's reliable, and it's free. So you can catch up on some work, scroll through social media, or just relax and surf the web while your kids play.
In conclusion, Park Collective is a godsend for parents. It's a place where you can recharge your batteries while your kids burn off some energy. And with delicious coffee, mouth-watering cookies, and free wifi, what's not to love? So pack up the kids and head on over - your sanity (and your taste buds)...
Read moreMy 1st time here and I was greeted by Jim. He explained rules for both children and that my son would be able to play with his sister in the smaller playground. My son went off to the big kid play ground. My littlw girl and I played in the smaller area. My son came over to say hi and play while there were other big kids also playing with siblings. Later my son came back again to say hi and play with sister. A new employee came on apparently, saw my son then aggressively started screaming at my son across the building making an unnecessary scene. My son was almost in tears. Jim came up and said sorry some employees are different here. I said Jim when I came in you said my son could play here with his sister why is he screaming at my son?! And for some feedback on how this was handled I'm not bringing my children back here. Several moms asked what that was all about. He truly screamed in front of toddlers and other children like hes a drill sergeant, startled my son, made scene for no reason. Why couldn't he walk up like Jim just did. Why scream in front of toddlers and kids like this. This is not boot camp. It's not jail. It's a playground. I won't be back. I was about to purchase several items from the Cafe and thought I had found a new spot to take my kids. This was a pretty awful first experience. Unprofessional of employees and what this place represents. Won't be back for any of their services. Plenty of other places to spend my time and money at where my family will...
Read moreThis review is for Plus Coffee-
It took 30 minutes to get a hot drink! Even after it was brought to their attention at the 20 minute mark! Even after they served 20 others, most of whom all had hot drinks. They refused to let me know that said hot drink was finally ready until I realized that it had been an additional 10 minutes. It just sat on the counter waiting for me to figure it out and come and get it. I asked for a manager, up came a person with no name tag, no apron, no uniform to help me identify that they even worked there. This person also did not state that were a manager and that they were going to fix my problem.
I was treated with indifference and annoyance by management and staff.
It's been a very long time since I was snickered and laughed at for being upset. (Adult bodies behind the counter watching this whole mess go down, finally gave me eye contact then.)
It was embarrassing to have to go to 15 other sets of parents, whom where at the birthday party that we were attending at this location and explain that I was being asked to leave.
Manager did not seem to care that my 7 & 8 year old were leaving a birthday party early....
All because of a $6.00 drink with tip!
In the end I was allowed to stay. I hung out in the breezeway. So if you stepped over me, I apologize.
Just know that no one likes to be treated poorly. And I am voting with my dollars...
