I really like this Starbucks. They get a ton of friendly neighbors (who are usually half asleep…). Hope they open the indoor dining area soon.
When they get super busy customers get cranky about the wait, yet the local neighbors are very patient, understanding, and say something funny to lighten the mood.
When the condiment counter gets messy, I just automatically clean it all up. I make sure there is fresh cream on the counter, and patiently wait for the barista to bring me the refill. On completion I push the garbage down too.
What can I say…. When things get busy, everyone needs an extra hand. That way the staff get the opportunity to flash a bright smile and offer a cheery hello.
It is a funny thing - the locals are so enamored and grateful to have a Starbucks nearby. You would be absolutely astounded by how much the locals help out in little ways. It is almost as though they are right back in their own busy kitchen, where you just do not think twice about getting something done - you just do it unconditionally.
In short: A smile goes a very long way…

When I buy a cold drink, I'll order a "trenta" size because I feel it is a better value. If they aren't paying close attention, sometimes the crew will prepare a "tall" because of how the printing on the tags they put on the cups are written, but this time I was given a "venti." The cheerful server was so focused on getting the contents of the drink correct that she completely dismissed my remarks about the drink size. To get my correct sized drink would've taken up even more time, so I decided to just go which is a decision I now regret. The two unfortunate things about this visit is that I didn't get what I paid for and that a basically friendly crew that seems to try to do a good job gets a lower rating for missing obvious details. Read moreFather’s Day: I’m a close to daily customer of this location. I work 6 days a week so mobile orders are my speedy way of getting my coffee fix. I order the same exact thing every time and they do a pretty good job at making it taste consistent. This will be my last visit at this location. My order has gone missing a handful of times but it’s usually been promptly handled when addressed. I’m not upset, i know it happens and it’s sometimes out of their control. However The way the lead handled it today was not professional or helpful and is not the fault of the customer. The stress may have been too overwhelming which may have lead them to snap directly at me. I ordered my items at 9:03 and finally got the two items right before 10am.
