I took my ring into to get it resized after nearly 40 years since I originally got it. They fixed a worn prong on the main stone as well. My ring had antiquing on it. The antiquing was removed when they fixed the prong and sized the ring. When I went to pick it up the girl that was there was rude and wasn't going to have my ring fixed. i left it and when I called back 3 days later to see when it would be done I was told by her that she couldn't tell me when it would be done. I told her to call the jeweler and ask and call me back as I live over 100 mile away and needed to pan when to come back to pick it up. The manager called me and told me that was the way the ring was brought in. After arguing with the manager that was not how it was brought in he said they remove the antiquing when the fix the prong but wasn't willing to get in re-antiqued. They were going to charge me to put the antiquing back on. I ended up picking up the ring and paying someone else to fix the ring. I wouldn't recommend this store. I had taken my ring there twice and the same problem has happened with the antiquing both times. They can't tell you when your ring will be done or even care for customer service. They will call you to tell you that your ring needs more work and will cost more but don't care it...

To bad we live among people that have no heart or compassion for people what-so-ever. This guy who owns this place is the most money hungry guy I have ever dealt with. Long story short, after placing a deposit on a ring, my son came down with cancer. He had his leg removed and began a long hard battle with chemo that took every second of me and my wife's time. This place is the worst place ever. 1st when my husband went into this store they ignored him. By the time he Left he spent around $1200 on buying me a diamond necklace. 💎 I actually have a necklace exactly like it so I wanted to return But when I went in there they were rude an would not give me a refund. The most they did was take my Contact info saying the manager would call and we're still to this day waiting for him to contact us.
