The Clink — Restaurant in Pueblo

I don’t know where to start. From the professionalism to the all around great and friendly environment I’m fully astounded by how amazing this place is. To start, I got to stay in the hotel (cell one) and the room is just breathtaking; something I honestly wasn’t expecting along with them going above and beyond with cleanliness and I can’t forget the balcony view that over looks part of the river walk! Such a stunning view! And of course can’t forget the HUGE bathtub! One of the best parts of my whole stay was being connected to The Clink and how convenient it was to just walk down the hall and grab a drink to end the night. I was served by Joshua and Eric, all I can say is the amount of enthusiasm and care they put not only into the drinks but customer satisfaction was awesome! Joshua took the time to get to know what I like drink wise and what would go best together while Eric was non stop making sure other customers were taken care of, I’ve honestly never seen two bartenders do such an amazing job! The aesthetic of the clink is a calm and welcoming environment I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable with a bar and it’s staff. Over all views, customer service and environment of the clink is mind blowing! If anyone was to ask me to refer them to a bar or hotel it’s definitely going to be the Clink! I mean come on your get the bar and a hotel room...

This little bar/lounge was connected to the Station at the Riverwalk Hotel. It was fairly quiet with just a handful of regular patrons. We were given a complimentary drink for staying at the attached hotel. Fernanda served us and she was super friendly and helpful with drink suggestions. The Wookie Paw was sweet but tasty - the cocoa powder sprinkle really balanced out the sweetness. I also had the Glasgow Mule, and it was really tasty as well. Husband had the Star Bright, rum cocktail (the salty rim wasn't our favorite but the drink was good without it) and the Zombie Cocktail. That one packs a punch but is also a good choice! We really enjoyed our stop in here - it was the perfect end to a long day of driving thru...

We rented out The Clink lounge for a Halloween party and could not be more pleased with how our event turned out. The owners and staff of the hotel treated us and our guests like royalty. I was super impressed with how smoothly our event went and really appreciated the fact that I was able to do very little prep work and could fully enjoy the party myself.

The space is beautiful, the staff impressively accommodating, and the bar is fully stocked with high-end, small batch and craft spirits. Doesn't get any better! ...
