Beginning of December 2021 I made my first visit to Vape Cave. After my purchase I noticed that the transaction was pending for 10 days then fell off & credited back to my debit card. (This happens when purchases arenât verified with Visa) âŚUpon my next visit I told the clerk what happened and he seemed indifferent. I made another purchase & the same thing happened. 10 days pending then fell off; so I told them a second time that I wasnât getting charged when I went in for my 3rd visit.
Flash forward TWO months & now this business has pushed batch sales dating back months ago into LAST year. Itâs not as if I didnât make a purchase; in fact I acknowledged TWICE I wasnât being charged. This has now resulted in massive overdrafts as I presumed after 8-9 weeks that I wouldnât expect a charge any longer. The most recent batch that was pushed on 01/31 doesnât even have the dates of the original transactions so I cannot verify with my receipts. The other time they did this was 01/18; THOSE receipts have the applicable dates.
I caution ANY customer that this business & its owners Dion & Mia WILL keep your card info and run it whenever they feel fit. Even if it is 2 months after the fact. I will be disputing with my bank, namely as they cannot produce dates in which I made my purchases.

And at first the juice was awesome, but now it's been complete trash (i buy house blends) I travel a lot for work so I have the chance to compare many stores throughout co and nm, and I have consistently over the past few months gotten the worst juice here, by far. Idk what has changed, whether there's new staff or cheap ownership. Either way, I have been severly disappointed in the quality of the product I have received here, time and time again. Yes, maybe I'm the stupid for returning to place that disappoints me, but it's the closest to where I live and they used to be so good, but now I always find myself emptying my tank into a trash can while buying new juice somewhere else. Btw, I have never even once done that with any other shop's juice. The product and therefore, this shop is complete and utter garbage (because when I buy something from here that's where it ends up) so I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here. And when I've brought up my complaints before about the inferior juice, I get a look as if I'm lying cuz I want something for free. So yeah so don't go here, save yourself the time and the money and I can assure you that virtually every other vape shop in this state and new mexico will have a better quality product then...
   Read moreThis shop was a great place to not only buy from but also hang out during the first year and a half of opening. Since then, they've slowly gone downhill. Prices have gone way over what they should be, their house juices are no longer mixed correctly (got an old favorite and it was so bad it was unrecognizable, friend had the same issue months prior). And the worst, is the condescending and rude staff. Every time I come in I am greeted with a cold stare and feel very unwelcome, as if I interrupted their conversations. It's disappointing, as this used to be my go-to place. Though, I should have left when I got an irritated sigh from the owner when I was waiting for a friend and didn't buy anything right away. Didn't realize that a vape lounge required a purchase upfront to sit on a chair for ten minutes. Vapor Source and Inhale in Pueblo West are much better establishments with helpful and friendly staff and fair prices .don't waste your time here, unless you're already given preferential treatment by the staff over...
