I am so disappointed in this store. I have always shopped here for my family. And after what happened tonight I will not return. The store was empty with the exception of the 3 employees at the register. As me and my husband walked in, we noticed another lady with her child, and another older Hispanic male employee. We were greeted upon entering, and afterwards I asked the employees where I could find 2 particular items I was looking for. Neither 1 of the 3 bothered in showing us where we could find what we were looking for, one of the males just pointed to the direction where I could find what I went for. So as we were shopping and looking around, I noticed the older Hispanic employee followed us wherever we went in the store. It was very awkward and uncomfortable to shop and look in peace when he literally made it be known he was watching us. He would just stand there watching us as if we were shoplifting. I even asked him for assistance in getting down what I needed and he said he would get someone to assist me. Not once did he follow the other lady shopping with her child. And yes she was Caucasian and we are Hispanic: not all Hispanics are thieves. I told my son what had happened, and he said the same thing happened to him. So he no longer shops there. FYI my son is a police officer, and my husband has his own business. So we have no reason, nor need to have to shop lift. So watch out if your Hispanic and go to this store. what a shame when this employee/spy is...

I bought merchandise that was marked down on 2 items. I paid for everything and went home. I looked at my receipt and seen I had paid full price for both items. When I went back the next day, the whole display area had been rearranged and the sale stickers were gone. I showed the girl the receipt and she knew nothing about the sale. Not one employee from the day before was working. All different employees. Nobody knew where anything was at. Forget the sale items. They're never there or out of stock. I wouldn't be so displeased but this happened before at this store with items on sale to me. Buyer beware. Also not pleased with quality of much of the merchandise. Look at your receipt before you leave. If you have to come back,it will be all different employees who will give you u some excuse for not...

Incredible, I was shopping for my son a couple of pairs of shoes. I have been in and left several other stores, finding that the checkout lines were just too long. I've been in trouble finding shoes in his size Big 5 had many many multiple pairs in his size fashionable comfortable very very happy extremely pleased one pair was even on sale. Having been so pleased with what I found for my son I decided just take a peek at the men's section and blam on sale my size comfortable cool looking I'm very pleased. The customer service was phenomenal the gentleman that helped me knowledge and what size is he had popping in and out quickly efficiently effectively I honestly couldn't be happier I'm extremely thrilled.
