Walk up to counter expecting to get turned away because it was extremely crowded but staff tells us “We never say no”. Check in and 5 minutes later a boy who jumped from the slide which is the high point in the center of the inflatable landed on my child causing immediate redness to her head and collar bone area which I’m sure will bruise shortly. I go tell staff who aren’t paying attention to anything but the conversation they are having with each other despite the place being packed with people. They immediately ask which kid it was which I didn’t see exactly which one so I told them I didn’t know but several older boys were still jumping off and landing at the entrance. Staff walked over but did nothing stating it is the parent’s responsibility to watch their kids and work out injuries/problems that occur with that child’s parents. Jump party takes no responsibility to monitor children’s behavior or if they are even following jump party’s rules set on every table. Have come here many times and will never come back due to staff and companies position on doing nothing to enforce even their own rules and such young staff that they are more worried about the gossip they are talking about then the 100 customers running around them. Asked who the owner was and was told that was private information and would not be given to us. Asked for a refund as we had been there for 5 minutes and that was also denied. Again will not be back there are many other places to take my kid and will take my...
Read moreWe came to visit with another friend whose been before for open time.
The bounce houses themselves are well maintained and very entertaining but within 20 minutes the kids were asking for quarters to do everything else (including the small car and marrygoround ride- those sorts of rides are included at wiggle works). In general its good for kids who have just passed the height limits of wiggle works (though maybe not the 10-12 range) but for $8+tax for an hour and a half 75 cents -$1 individually for all the games and "rides" (which don't even have a prize counter) seemed pretty steep.
And while the staff is friendly (and attentive) and keep the main room clean the bathrooms could use a little TLC. Not the worst place we've been - and pretty spacious - but without the forewarning on the website to bring extra cash/quarters our visit only utilized half of what super jump had to offer.
In the future I'd love to see an advertisement of play card packages for games (much like chuckie cheese or tiffany's skate does) on the actual website so customers could be...
Read moreI saw a lot of reviews saying that the employees here were careless and not doing their jobs, but I had a very different experience! I stopped in here today around noon with my four kids. There were three teenage girls working (Megan, Caley, and another whose name escapes my memory). These girls were working their behinds off. Walking around regularly to check on kids, sanitizing, and reinforcing the basic rules (no running, feet first, one at a time). I was very pleased! The equipment was clean and in great shape. They sell water, juice, and other beverages for $1. Plenty of tables for parents. Small arcade in the back that has a few games and an air hockey table. $7.50 for an hour and a half of play. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it!! Considering you pay more than that at an arcade or a place like Chuck E Cheese or odyssey1. It’s an easy way to burn some time on...
