So overall this place is ok.

First of all if you're new to figure collecting I would recommend not to coming here. The figures here are over priced, very overpriced make sure you do you homework, don't let the "sale" signs trick you, even tho they're telling you the figures are on sale they're still way overpriced. I'm almost scared to ask what are the regular prices if those are their "sale" prices. Many figures in the glass cases especially the smaller ones are prize figures . Keep in mind that most Furyu, banpresto or any prize figures should honestly be around the $20 - $25. Pop up parades usually run around $40ish or so, always do your homework before buying anything . Keep in mind that the prices I just stated are licensed prices for the US. This place also has bootlegged merch so just be cautious. Some of the scale figures are about $60+ overpriced. If anything if you're new to collecting always go online and check boxlunch, hottopic and the crunchyroll store you will find most of the figures they have here for ALOT less.

The workers there are alright, they're nice enough, however they are a bit immature and should be a bit more professional, but that's just my opinion.

Ridiculously overpriced, some of the figures are very nice quality but a lot of them are simply and clearly knockoffs that are priced at 30-60$ each. The employees there also gossiped about customers stealing, which is very unprofessional of them especially since those customers were POC and even bought a number of items from them. Those customers left and then came back to price check certain figures and as said before 7imports figure was insanely overpriced, and they then accused them of trying to steal. This place is a complete rip off! Before you buy a figure look it up first, you will be able to find it for a fraction of the price they are selling it for. For instance I was at the target there at the mall and saw a figure that was 15 dollars and they were selling the exact figure for 45! I will post the target figure.
