I am super frustrated. when I call the 1-800 number there is no number for website issues. I have an address that I have not lived at in over 10 years. I tried deleting it once before but I cannot delete it. It has become a big issue as it keeps defaulting to that old address. I have even edited it to the new address but it won't let me because that address already exists. when I call no one can delete it and no one can give me a IT/website number. The one lady that I called was clearly an overseas call center and she was having a party in the background. You could hear kids, adults music it was so loud it was almost impossible to communicate and of course she had no way to delete the old address and no number for me to talk to anyone about this. There is no contact email address on the website. when I called the Olympia Jcpenney I tried calling the womens department, the mens department, the children's department, portraits and salon. No one answered any of those sections. Is no one working? Thank goodness my old address was an apartment and I was able to go and get my package. this is the 2nd time in 10 years this is happened. when I was finishing my order the address that was there was my present address but apparently it defaulted to the old. when I went to the website and tried pushing my present address as default and hit save....when I refreshed it was marked as the old address as default again. There clearly is a glitch that needs to fixed. The 1-800 ladies solution was to create a new account. I tried that but it would not let me create a new account because an account already existed under my name. I am ready to pull my hair out. I will NOT be ordering anything to be delivered to my home from Jcpenney again until this is fixed. it is ridiculous that there is no account/website...
Read moreI went shopping at the JCPenney store in the South Hill Mall yesterday and bought quite a few things that were on clearance... I do have to admit they have a really good clearance going on right now. But I bought a couple of shirts for my husband that were too small so I went back today to return them. So I'm standing in the men's line waiting to return it and the clerk was helping somebody at the register and she looked over at me several times smiling and saw me standing there with the bag in my hand and nothing else. So I stood there and waited for my turn, and just as she was about to finish up with the person in front of me, she looked over and said to me, Are you here to return that? I answered yes, and she told me well you see that blue bed over there, if you walk towards it and take a left at it you can go all the way down that aisle and that's where you can return whatever you have in your bag. Now I had been standing in line for almost 5 minutes at that point, and there were already several people behind me in line. As I turned to walk away, I mumbled and said, I sure wish you told me sooner instead of having me stand in line for 5 minutes, and one of the customers that had been standing in line behind me said, she did that same exact thing to me about 30 minutes ago. Read moreI want to give a huge shout out to miss Susan and Anesia for helping me today at the very end of the day. I showed up after work to spend my 600 dollar voucher; a voucher that they have never seen before. Instead of sending me on my way empty handed, these ladies were determined to figure it out. Even with a little bit of attitude from me urging miss Susan to call the Tacoma store because I knew they knew how to do the voucher. She was a breath of fresh air and even admitted to doing things wrong on occasion. She may have accidentally punched in the number wrong the first time, because it finally worked the second time around. Team work! And also shows that there’s always something new to learn even if you’ve done something for so many years. I love this store and definitely would come back again just to talk to these ladies. A special shout out to Anesia. She has the best customer service/people skills that I’ve ever seen. And I’m being very honest and truthful. It was nice to interact with someone who felt genuine and like she truly cared about me as a person. I appreciate her so much for that.
