Metro Marina Bay — Attraction in Quincy

I moved to Metro Marina Bay three years ago and have loved my resident experience. The building itself is kept updated and clean and the team is always asking for resident opinions about the building they live in (i.e. what new gym equipment we would like to see in the fitness center). Our resident manager, David Goulart, is the one who gave me my first tour and I signed my lease that very same day. I have such confidence in David managing the building, it's incredibly important to feel this way when selecting where you are going to live. I've been in apartment buildings before but never one that felt so social and welcoming, and I know this is in large part because of the events and communications that David organizes. From the daily uplifting quotes in the elevator, to the pizza and wine nights organized every so often as resident appreciation get togethers, to David's smiling face when walking by the office - this is a special place to live and I'm so grateful I get to...

I lived at Metro Marina Bay for 3 years and I only moved because my commute became too much. This is by far the best place I have ever lived, the staff goes above and beyond on a regular basis to create a friendly, welcoming, home for the residents. David is hands down one of the best people I had the pleasure of being acquainted with and he is exceptional at all aspects of his job, he makes the Metro what it is. The apartment was fantastic, quiet and well maintained. Being in the winter months now I realize how much I miss the Metro's staff, the snow removal was out of this world! You never had to worry about icy spots or not being able to get out in the morning. Overall an amazing property, with amazing staff. I miss living here...

I loved all 4 years I was at Metro Marina Bay. It was the most fun, most easy years I've had renting. Not only is the location just perfect, the building is professionally cleaned almost every day, the grounds are always perfectly manicured and maintenance will attend to any issue from a fire alarm battery replacement to a broken appliance within hours. The staff is amazing, I was so thankful for everything David and his team did. The maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. There are more amenities to the gym, community room and outdoor space like specials/discounts at the Marina Bay restaurants, shuttle to the T, dry cleaning service, and more. Metro is the happiest...
