Located conveniently on Capitol Blvd in Raleigh, Adventure Landing offers a myriad of attractions that cater to both residents and visitors alike. Having organized two group celebrations over the years for my children and their friends, I've had the opportunity to experience what Adventure Landing has to offer firsthand. One of the key highlights of Adventure Landing is its diverse range of attractions, ensuring there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy. From miniature golf to laser tag, batting cages to arcade games, and thrilling go-cart rides, the park boasts five exciting experiences that guarantee hours of entertainment.
Accessibility is another factor that sets Adventure Landing apart. Situated in a prime location, it's easily reachable for both car owners and those relying on public transportation. This accessibility makes it an ideal destination for families and groups looking to have a memorable day out without the hassle of long commutes.
One of the standout features of Adventure Landing is its affordability. Compared to other recreational parks in the area, Adventure Landing offers some of the most competitive prices, making it accessible to families from all walks of life. This affordability ensures that fun and excitement are within reach without breaking the bank.
However, it's worth noting that some areas of the park could benefit from renovation. The arcade, in particular, appears to be in need of a refresh, with outdated games and equipment. Similarly, the batting cages could use some upgrades to enhance the overall experience for visitors. Despite these minor areas for improvement, Adventure Landing remains a popular choice for families and individuals seeking entertainment. Its diverse range of attractions, affordability, and convenient location make it a go-to destination for people of all ages. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a fun day out, Adventure Landing Raleigh promises an unforgettable experience filled with laughter...
Read moreAdventure Landing is one of those places that was pretty nice years ago but no money has been put into it's upkeep or to modernize it. It is obviously hurting right now with the staffing situation, as my family went there the other night and felt very let down. The concession area and bathrooms were a disaster when we got there at 7pm and no one cleaned them for the 3 hours we were there on a Saturday night. They didn't have a dedicated person running the laser tag area, which resulted in people having to get someone from the front counter every time you wanted to play laser tag. C'mon Adventure Landing. I know staffing isn't easy and most employees just have to pass the "breath test" but you do need to staff each attraction that you charge people for. Especially when you have 2 employees leaning on an empty concession counter hanging out. That being said, we had fun on the go-karts and playing lasertag, but with newer, cleaner, and more modern places like Frankie's down the road I doubt we will be coming back. And that is sad for me to say. Corporate needs to take some of the profits they are making from this place and...
Read moreWent on a Sunday around 1pm. Wasn't busy at all with maybe one or two other cars there. We only went to do mini-golf so I can't speak to the place as a whole. The register for everything is inside with the arcade and it was pretty loud for no one being there so I'm guessing it's really loud when it's busy. We paid for our golf and made our way though to the courses. We picked one of the three and started on our way. Each hole is a par 2 and the courses are pretty easy over all. Nothing complicated. The holes seem a little worn but still not bad. The whole area well landscaped with a number of elephants, giraffes, hippos, etc to see as you play. We finished our course and realized as is almost always the case, the ball is taken at the 18th hole. Unsure if we could play all three for the price we paid or if the cost was per hole, we went back in to double check. The cost was per hole but honestly, we could have kept our balls and played the other courses. I don't know how they would track it but we didn't want bad karma so we paid for the additional courses. Cost was reasonable and we really...
