Buffalo Brothers

For starters let me just say that this was the first time I have ever had a negative experience at Buffalo brothers. I called the restaurant a few minutes after 9:00 p.m. To ensure that they would have seating for 6. They assured me that they did and I told them we were about 20 minutes out. That was the end of the conversation. Out of the party I arrived first and saw a sign on the door that said kitchen closes at 9:45 everyone arrived by 9:30. By this point I had already asked the waitress who asked her manager could we be accommodated and I heard them discussing the fact that they stopped seating customers at 9:30. At which point I walked over so that I could hear the discussion and I told the manager that I was informed that we were fine to get there at the time we were going to arrive when I called and that no one on the call indicated anything about the kitchen closing or them stopped seating at 9:30. She then told me that she was not talking to me that she was talking to the waitress. I informed her that there was no need to pass the message when she could just tell me directly herself. We were eventually seated and 10 Minutes after being seated our waitress came over and told us that we needed to hurry up and place our orders because the kitchen was about to close and we didn't have much time. We were be all taken back by her Deliverance especially bc we had been waiting for her to come take the orders for 10 minutes. Needless to say, even though our food came out swiftly some of it was wrong, our condiments were not right, the drinks came out 10 minute after the food had already been delivered and then they were not refilled . 3 arnold palmers were ordered but everybody got tea. The teas were unable to be refilled because they threw away the tea without notifying us that they were getting ready to. Our waitress was the only person serving the entire restaurant seemed like. Needless to say it was not the most pleasurable bday celebration. Plus the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in 2 day old grease.
