Anytime Fitness — Attraction in Raleigh

Filled 5 gal jug up which threw off the water fountain sensor apparently, just forgot to do the earlier that day didn’t think it’d be a big deal to use the water fountain, been going to this gym for 1 year and 4 months. Went in to go workout and keycard wasn’t working, older woman came to the door and said it was locked because of the reason above. And was very rude about it, and acting clueless. I wanted to know why my card was locked and they was still charging me, they have my email on file if they can’t contact me through phone, then proceeded to talk to owner and was respectful at first but then mentioned to unlock it, that it will be an extra $25 to reprogram the key, I said no. Me filling a jug shouldn’t throw off a sensor and that I’ve never seen anything about it anywhere. Today, I went in to use my 7 day free trial since I'm shopping around for a gym. I was stopped abruptly by a female staff member, who I greeted with a smile and then I began to demonstrate my reason for attending a by showing her my trial pass. She then asked for "my Raleigh ID". I stated I left in the car due me not wanting to bring my belongings into the gym. I am a new customer who is trying to get a feel of the gym. Once I realized that she was not giving up, I began to turn to go to my car to the ID once this lady saw my gesture she then stated, "its only a 1 day trial. " I then asked, well why does it say 7 day trial?" Her reply, "it's up to the owners." I replied, "Ummm ok". In my had, i was thinking "discriminate much?" Since it's been advertised as a 7 day trial. With this additional lack of sales, it was evident they did not want my business and they didn't deserve it. Today was my first day at the gym it’s a good gym and very spacious there was no airflow in the gym though no AC just the fans were going but thats not enough. Good gym should be no more than 68/70 inside. Dont be cheap! I’ve seen some insect running through as well. good gym just needs better cleaning and climate control.
