Elevator stay not working....it stopped working twice back elevator and side elevator...Paula Garcia was rude when I was trying to drop off my rent for September 1st 2023 on the 1st and it didn't post until late midnight on the fifth going into the 6th....everyone else who moved me and my four year old in was very nice but she was very rude ...I tried to contact the head person who created this whole idea of saving old hotels and turning them into apartments great idea but Paula is not the one who should be representing your establishment let alone no pool working since I moved in ...promised a grill an they finally got one after Labor Day...events have not taken place hall ways are dirty with broken lights an among other things...wash machines half work...2nd floor on the back end smells smoky because ppl smoke in the balcony and don't think to close it letting smoke in the apartment hotel which lead to the hallway..thank goodness my hotel apartment room smells clean because I clean it to keep the smells out... ppl are nice here but this rent for 1300+ is not worth it...my old apartment is less an they at least still have they pool open ... but they had issues with bugs...this hotel apartment vivo no bugs so far but smells old of smoke and half the things are broken an not up to date. Paula Garcia is rude...that's about it for now...o and rent doesn't post when you pay it on time... according to Paula it's no specific time when it posts and she doesn't stamp or sign that you paid so no telling what they did with the money order .... Im beyond mad no one has got back to me about my complaints...so this doesn't deserve one star ...my four year old does not deserve to have this type of treatment... everyone else was wonderful at move in...but not that lady... I'm appreciative for the roof over my head but not the promises at move in that have not happen... Adding in 2025 of January I'm being charged for my insurance the same insurance I used since I moved in it's not two an half years ...they charging me a violation fee for insurance when I clearly have an email to Kayla that I sent it in on a last minute reminder to renew my lease wow renew my lease the day before I get an email an yes pool still does not work...fire alarm going off right now as I type 1:05 am January 5th 2025... Ooo TV was reported for the 2nd time not working... First time when I moved in they replaced it second time which is now January 2nd 2025 reported it not working they said they could not replace it even though when I moved in they said the TV came with the entertainment package so therefore they should be able to replace it right or wrong but they're not going to so I'm expected to pay my rent... But then you got the fire alarms going off every now and then and who's here to turn it off nobody not even management that's currently hired after all the other management that's been here since I moved in let's count on my fingers I'm going to say about four to five people been here managing since I been here. And I take screenshots of everything. So I'm expected to pay for entertainment package when I'm not even utilizing things correctly the internet barely works I just recently sent an email about the Wi-Fi not working because they had to restart it and told me to restart it that's not what I should have to do right or wrong the idea of old buildings turned into these brilliant money saving things is great put me on top of your stuff make sure the building is up to par make sure the fire alarms don't go off make sure it's safe for children make sure the pool actually works after being here for 2 years. Maybe we should all just jump in it this summer. Let's not forget that the side door was broken into somebody decided to bash it open but we have children that live here that's not safe I'm a teacher and I don't think it would be by law to have children unsafe right. Also not to mention there's been two shootouts in the back of the apartments at those so-called casinos. Packages get stolen...
Read morePlease do not live here. This place is an absolute joke. When I moved in, I was given the wrong mail key by management and they couldn't fix it for months! My boyfriend tried to add himself on the lease in MAY and so many issues on their end came up that he didn't receive the updated lease until OCTOBER. The management doesn't return your calls on ANY matter, even though they say they'll call you back. They're completely disorganized all the way to the maintenance. We had an issue last night where the inside lock on the door was pushed in and we couldn't get into the unit, EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE said he couldn't come out and there was nothing he could do, "Just call the police". He SWORE that someone was in our apartment to lock the inside but it was just a malfunction of the inside lock. Then the fire alarm constantly goes off in the complex for NO reason, it's going off as I'm writing this. It will goes off for up to an hour at a time and no response from anyone. As far as complex inspections go, they try and cover up violations by making tenants move things around before the inspectors come in. The last imspection was an illegal placement of the fridge done by the complex, so they had to rush and move everyone's fridge to a random location in the living room. It doesn't matter because they move the violations back after inspectors leave. They also had to move some electrical outlets in the units and maintenance left holes in the walls that we had to ask them to cover back up, since they weren't going to fix it without being...
Read moreI lived there for a year and a half. Prepare yourself for little to no storage (this was previously a hotel after all), the two burners on the counter are virtually unusable if you want to cook two things at once. No stove, no cupboards with doors. No windows that open. That's just the bones of the apartment. There's a pool that was never open in the two years I was there, curious if it's open now. I went two months at one point with no hot water. The cockroaches showed up after about two months of living there. Numerous packages were stolen with no help from management (even with video proof from my doorbell camera). Twice in the last few weeks I lived there, there was criminal activity nearby that drew about 15 cops both times. Oh, the smoke alarms! They go off about once every couple of weeks, sometimes for hours. Don't think you're going to have any sort of rapport with management, they turn over about once every 6-8 weeks. These rooms are tiny and feel more tiny the longer you live there and put up with all the bs. If this is the type of place your looking to rent, there are other motel turned in to apartments that are nearby and much more inhabitable.
Oh, the rec room? Only opened during the hours staff are present. So, if you want to play pool at 2pm on a Thursday, that's cool. Friday night at 7, nah.
They have a really nice looking vending machine that was never filled the whole time...
