BEWARE of the heavy-set woman employee with straight tied-back brown hair. She is absolutely reprehensible and beyond contempt- a complete embarrassment to the Taco Bell corporation. A current Sacramento Kings app promo gives a coupon for a free crunchy taco if the Kings score ten 3-pointers or more for each home game of the 2022-2023 season. The Kings have the #1 offense in the NBA, so almost every home game they have scored over ten 3-pointers. I redeemed the coupon at this location several times in the past. Today I went inside to redeem the coupon and the the heavy-set brown-haired woman said it was not valid because the coupon is valid after a game. I told her that is exactly why I'm redeeming it now because the Kings played last night and scored over ten 3's. I opened the Kings app on my phone and showed her the valid coupon and expiration date . At this point she became combative and accused me of pushing my phone in her face! I looked to the other employee who was initially helping me and she agreed that I did not shove the phone in her face and in reality it was 2 feet away- just close enough to read the fine print. Then I asked for the name of the heavy-set woman, and asked to speak to the manager and then she proceeded to tell the other employees to not speak to me, and told me that she will call the police on me! I observed her pick up the phone in the back so I assumed she called the police. She then said to me that they will make my food but I'd have to leave or else she would again call the police on me.
What kind of clown world does that woman live in? I assume she's the manager because when I asked for her name and asked to speak to the manager, the other employees would not speak to me when she told them not to talk. This was absolutely the most appalling and disgraceful experience I've ever had at...
Read moreI use This taco bell the most, but now it is to hard to go there. The food is ok and the service is ok. There is a sub shop in the parking lot as well. The pocket deli, great food there. The problem has arisen because a local pop up brewery is now also in the same spot. There was only a little parking in the past. Some for taco bell, and some for the sub shop, pocket deli. Now that the brewery is also there, the brewery uses all the parking spaces in the parking lot. The brewery patrons are very inconsiderate and use all the spaces in the lot, and I couldn't get a parking space for taco bell or the sub shop. I had to park on the street outside of the lot and had to walk about 5 minutes to get to taco bell, and the sub shop. This will mean that I will not be going to the sub shop or taco bell. I will go out of my way just to go to another taco bell. It's great to see new business, but there is not enough room in this lot for all the new people showing up for...
Read moreThis review is more about the crew working here. It is a very busy location and drive thru is always super full. I pulled in to the lane. Ordered my food and was about to pay when my car just stopped working. It went dead. This is where the manager came out and started to help me. He calmed me down. Told me it's ok. He and other customers pushed my car away so they could open the lane. Brad also stayed after his shift was over to help my friend fix the car so I could get to my kids. While he was helping, He told me to go ahead and re order food so I can get it hot. Crew was super sweet inside. Offered water and was joking with me to calm me down. They brought my food out to the parking lot. I am so thankful to the crew and customers that...
