I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salad House, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the stage for a delightful meal. What impressed me the most about Salad House was the impeccable quality of their ingredients. The freshness of their produce was evident in every bite. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant, and the variety of toppings and dressings allowed me to create a customized salad that perfectly suited my taste. But what really caught my attention and made my visit even more enjoyable were the new hand dryers they have installed in the restroom. These hand dryers were a game-changer! Not only were they sleek and modern in design, but they also dried my hands in seconds. It was such a refreshing change from the usual hassle of struggling with paper towels or slow and ineffective dryers. The attention to detail that Salad House has put into providing a comfortable and convenient dining experience truly sets them apart. The addition of these amazing hand dryers demonstrates their commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction in every aspect. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference in my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff at Salad House was also friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Their exceptional customer service added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place that offers fresh and high-quality ingredients, look no further than Salad House. Their commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of their operation. And trust me, once you experience those incredible hand dryers, you'll never want to go back to the old-fashioned methods. I highly recommend Salad House for a truly satisfying...
Read moreThis place is absolutely incredible at what they do and has filled a huge whole in our small town. (Red Bank has another quick salad place in town too, which I won’t name specifically, but has been a repeated and constant disappointment that I stopped going there a long time ago).
The staff here is friendly, they always get your order right when you customize, everything is ready when they say it will be for pickup, and most importantly the lettuce and fixings are fresh fresh fresh.
I’ve been pleased with the 5 different salads of theirs I have tried and they always get my weird custom orders to the t. Best of all, every salad comes dressing on the side automatically (an issue we had with the other place in town mixing it when we specifically requested they didn’t).
And the salads and custom options they have on offer are of great variety. It isn’t your run of the mill salad place. From falafel and crispy chickpeas to every variety of veggie and toss in your can reasonably imagine (except pita chips for some reason, but it’s a minor gripe).
I usually have at least one major complaint in each review but after coming here 10-12 times already I can say I have none at this point. Please please try this place and frequent often if you like, Red Bank desperately needed a salad joint like this.
Edit: After about 25+ salad orders they finally made a mistake with my wife’s salad (they mixed up some special customizations she had made). We didn’t realize until we got them home. When we called them up, they were super apologetic and immediately made a new one AND DELIVERED IT FOR FREE within about 10 minutes. They even offered us a free side as an apology. Top notch customer service at this place. Really really highly recommend. Go eat there Red Bank and support a local business that is really doing...
Read moreA disgusting woman is working up front at the Red Bank location. On September 18th at around 6:15pm, I went into the location to pick up an order as I sometimes do for Uber eats. When I walked in, I asked the woman at the counter for the order by customer name. She turned around with the bag of food and just stared at me without handing me the bag. With a gross attitude, her exact words were “are you not going to show me your phone?” . My response was, “Oh, I have to show my phone? I don’t usually.” To that she responded, “no, you have to show your phone here” and then rolled her eyes in *disgust. I showed her the name on the order and as I walk away she yelled across the restaurant, “Do your job”. In which I replied, “don’t be rude”. This is not the experience any delivery person or customer should have to deal with when picking up. There is obviously no training in customer service for the hiring process because she clearly doesn’t know how to ask nicely. If seeing the order name is ever required, restaurant hostesses ask POLITELY, “ May I see the name on your phone?”. This woman is absolutely disgusting in how she conducts herself by trying to embarrass me in front of people eating. You should be ashamed for employing someone who acts like this. I will NEVER eat at this establishment in my life! And judging by previous reviews I have seen, this location has been reported before for ugly behavior but the same people are still employed. I don’t care if she is a manager, she needs to be terminated immediately. I called an hour later asking for a corporate number or email and the woman on the phone (who I believe to be the same woman from my encounter) says there is no corporate at all so I am leaving my review anywhere people can see so someone hire up sees...
