The greatest time at Fourchette in Red Bank, NJ! We stopped here during our friend’s bachelorette & had a lovely time! I visited this store for the first time today. WOW- what a great selection. So much more than cheese! Beautiful items for the home, candles, lotions etc. Everything is very unique. I sampled some of the olive oils and vinegars and they were delish, as were the cheeses I tasted. The true gem of this store is the manager, Enza. Wonderful shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Told her (very sorry I don't remember name) that we wanted a cheese assortment for 4 people. She asked some questions, made recommendations, and then assembled a wonderful assortment of 3 cheeses and accompaniments. Highly recommend; definitely where we will go for cheese/charcuterie.
