Cypress Pointe Shopping Mall — Attraction in Redding

Good place to get gas and groceries, before midn Little Ceasar's Pizza located here is actually really good, top notch if you get the all gentleman shift making your dinner for the night! Safeway is usually busy and only 4 self checkout lanes make shopping trips longer than they should be. CVS Pharmacy shelves are barren and the only true business conducted inside is the pharmacy. Lowe's is the only one in town and since we're not a DIY family the garden section is what only interests me at this store. There's a Starbucks (shocking...not), a couple nail salons, and a few middle class burger joints. Overall it's a true middle white class shopping area centrally placed on 1 of Redding's main streets - Cypress Boulevard. By 10pm only Safeway is open and by midnight even the gas pumps are closed...

Has pretty much all you need close; grocery, pharmacy, hardware store, food, even gas on the same block pretty well maintained although if you look closely those are not restless teens after some coffee and an unused stair case for skate boarding those are our well fed and numerous homeless population standing or sitting around the un-trafficked edges of the shops laying in wait for any opportunity to ask for spare change or take advantage of a window or door possibly left open for the most part they are harmless but will seize the day if given the chance its nothing new to most but seems to be fueled by other underlying problems that plunge many of the citys and towns of the north state so remember there is no valet parking any of...

I haven't really shopped at Safeway in years since they "upgraded" their image to be an "upscale" store, and i moved to North Redding. Their prices went up with their image and it just wasn't worth it to travel that far and pay the higher prices. My daughter has been doing a lot of price comparisons and deal shopping with online apps and told me that if you shop their deals, you can get good products at pretty great prices so she and I decided to give Safeway another try. I am happy to say that Safeway has come a long way in the last year or so. They have always had great employees and customer service, as well as good products, but they have returned to reasonable prices, especially if you shop the deals and become a rewards...
