Kanya Market — Attraction in Redding

Lots of pre-made hot food selection and food to order from a menu. The dining area is clean and packed with condiments needed for any of the dishes you order. We tried the small pho and it was really good, well worth the $9. The server was super kind and checked on us, cleaned the tables and was super professional. The sesame balls were huge and packed with flavor and the steamed rolls with sauce was the best I’ve had in a while from any asian store. The spring rolls were massive and nicely rolled tight. The couple that own this market treat you like family. They're attentive, caring, and enjoy to talk to me. Quite easy to befriend them!!! Food is wonderful (both packaged and cooked) and at an awesome price! Ordered a small bowl of Noodles for around $6 and was filled to the brim! The place was full but I didn't need to wait more than at least 5 minutes for my delicious food. Customers here are polite and it's nice to see the locals :) Nice place to go during lunch break, after school, or with friends and family. They restock daily and bring in new foods every once in a while. Shelves are never bare and nothing is ever torn...

This place is the best Asian food in town. With the great prices for loads of food that tastes great, it's strictly a deal. Don't be fooled by the market place and the store items here because the food here is phenomenal. My wife did not like asian food until she came here likewise the the drunken noodles and soups are great.
