⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Gem for Dog Parents in Redlands!

Happy Dog Resort has been an absolute blessing for me and my sweet girl, Luna Love—a one-year-old French Bulldog I adopted who had experienced trauma before finding her forever home with me. She’s naturally skittish, especially around her neck, and new environments used to terrify her. But this place… it changed everything.

From the start, Happy Dog Resort impressed me with their professionalism and care. They require a thorough evaluation, including up-to-date vaccinations and a stool sample, which made me feel confident about their standards and commitment to keeping all pets safe and healthy. During her evaluation, Luna was nervous and trembling, but the staff was incredibly gentle and patient with her. She came home exhausted, but I could already tell they understood how to handle dogs with trauma.

We first tried their daycamp and then lodging—and yes, they actually have people on-site 24/7, which many other places don’t. The first few visits were rough; Luna was shaking and unsure. But after just a few sessions, something clicked. She began to light up whenever we pulled into the parking lot. Now, she walks in wagging her tail and can’t wait to see her friends.

The staff at Happy Dog Resort are exceptional. They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate Luna’s special needs and even honored our requests not to put anything around her neck. Everyone—from the front desk team to the daycamp caretakers—clearly loves what they do. The energy is positive, calm, and nurturing. You can see it not just in the staff, but in the other dogs and their owners too. Everyone looks happy to be there.

Since Luna started going to Happy Dog Resort, she’s come full circle. She’s no longer scared of loud noises or barking. She’s more confident, calm, and social. Even my family has noticed the change.

Omggggggg!!!!!!! I feel like my prayers have been answeredddd… 😭♥️🙏🏻🥹 This place is all you could ever dreamt of for your fur baby!!!✨If you are a full time worker or full time student or basically need few hours or even days that someone take care of your fur baby so that you can just distress and relax😅, you should DEFINITELY VISIT THIS PLACE!! I swear if I could give 100stars I would 👌🏻 let’s begin from the place itself: 😍This place has been built less than a year ago so everything in it is so new and colorful. Not only that, but they have so many different rooms and so many different events and services that they provide when you have your fur baby there. Things from different outdoor playgrounds that have been designed with artificial grass, slides, and many more and are divided based on the size of your baby 🥹 Events like throwing birthday parties, drawing, picture days… From training to bath and grooming to providing fresh food, all and all, is in this “dream come true” place!!!🥰 You can check and see your fur baby through their wireless camera on your phone at any time. Now when I need help with my fur baby Snow, not only I don’t have to be worried who is taking care of him or how they are treating him, but I am also happy that all the hours that he is there, he is being watched and entertained. The staffs are extremely nice, sweet and kind! You can definitely sense that this business is more about LOVE AND CARE than money, which most of the daycare out here are for😒… The owners are very kind and understanding as well🙏🏻upon my arrival Brent which is one of the owners, came and introduced himself, warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour of their lovely place and told me about their sweet story of how they came up with this fantastic place🩵✨ Oh! Btw, this place has a small cute shop in their lobby that is filled with cute accessories, foods and treats🥲🥰 Honestly I can type all day about how this place is “ALL YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR”!! You should definitely give it a try and I am sure after that, you feel how I am feeling right now! Snow can’t wait to go back and spend time with his new friends and new “little family” 🐶🐾♥️🙏🏻✨ 10/10 over...

I have been longing to take my Basset Hound, Copper, here for a minute! I stumbled upon HDR on a billboard, a long time ago, while driving to work, & I told myself, “OMG I bet Copper would love it there! I want to take him!” … mind you I was sitting on this for AWHILE and, well finally, I took him on his 4th birthday 🥳🎉🐶! (9/25) … I already created an account online prior to booking anything, because that was my way of manifesting it for Copper, lol. I was able to upload all of my documents for him, which is super convenient. Then, I finally called (btw you have to schedule a week in advance) and spoke with Alex, and she was able to get Copper in on his birthday. So I was even happier for my boy because he loves playing & socializing with other doggies. I booked a day @ doggy day-camp + nail trimming. … I have to say that he had a phenomenal experience! This place is WAY better than Petsmarts Doggy Day Camp (up north), because they play outside instead of cramped room. They take a lot of photos & send videos, too. So I’m EXTREMELY proud & happy with HDR. They even have a doggy shuttle service, open early & close at a reasonable time (because we all work), boarding, grooming, training, a boutique, and a BAKERY. I bought all his birthday treats there versus having to stop at Petco or Petsmart. And of course he loved them!! So, yes I HIGHLY recommend bringing your fur babies here, you won’t be disappointed. And they even send email updates like your pet is a child in school. I just absolutely love this place! This is definitely a place we need in the area, and I hope they’re able to open multiple locations, because this place is a safe haven for our fur babies. Tysm HDR for making Copper’s very first time there extremely memorable for both of us...
