People, when it comes to this place... i would not take my car to get anything done here. STAY AWAY. I witnessed the owner being rude to a lady as she was having problems after the installation they did on her truck and that they had damage a part of her dash board also, the owner was very rude and unprofessional to say the least, he told her it was not their fault and that she was a scam artist, the woman left crying.asoon as she walked out the owner along with the workers started bad mouthing her and making jokes about her, me and anothe customer in line just looked at each other in shock. In the past i installed an amp with these guys and the next day i had to return because my music was sounding terrible my speakers sounded like they were cutting in and out, they said to me it was my fault for turning on the volume to high and that i must have blew something. I told them everything was working fine before i brought it in and they called me a liar. They wanted to charge me 260 to go and take a look again. This place is the worst. I'm not the only one to say this look at all the 1 star reviews on here ...are we ALL making stuff up? The owners lack of respect alone is a huge red flag. He blames customers for stuff they did wrong. What ever happend to the customers always right? People if you're even thinking of stopping by here..don't . Save yourselves the money and headache these people will cause. Plenty of other reputable and much more faired priced places to go to. Owner if you read this... you should be ashamed of yourself. I recently had my car stereo upgraded at Elite Car Stereo in Redlands,CA. I Google searched car stereos near me and that’s how I heard about this place. I went in as a walk in with no appointment and was helped by Marissa. We had a conversation about what I wanted and everything that I questions about was all answered. She was very helpful, nice, funny and made it very comfortable for me as a new customer to talk about pricing and equipment. I’ve been wanting a complete system in my car my whole life and they helped make that dream come true! I got a very good quote from her and after giving it some thought, along with some really good feedback from another employee there named Adrian, I decided to go ahead with it and I was there the next day getting it installed! They took a little over 6 hours to complete the install and I was driving it back home the same day. I spent the next few days trying it out and I was completely blown away! Everything (wiring, etc.) was ran clean and tucked away. Very low profile. I got all Kicker speakers installed in my doors along with a 12” kicker subwoofer and all kicker amps, etc.. My car is bumpin’! I’m a very satisfied customer and I’ve never been happier driving through all this crazy California traffic. Marissa and Adrian understood what it meant to me that they even called me afterwards to check if I was satisfied with it. The answer is “YES!”. Horrible customer service! JT is simply not a good people person. If you do any type of research on their quote or job, they get rude or short with you & basically tell you to go somewhere else. I was professional & understanding that they need to get paid for their time & services, but they tell you it might take 1 hour or 4 hours & it's $169 an hour no questions asked. You can clearly see that they leave doors open to charge u more & more & more. For my particular job it was initially quoted at 1 hour, then they bumped it up to 3 hours, then when we got closer they tell me it could end up being more than 3. They won't cap out or charge a max amount or flat rate. If you try to compromise or come to any sort of reasonable agreement or limit they treat you as being difficult to deal with. God forbid you mention that you are a disabled Veteran if they might be able to offer a discount, he wont even acknowledge that he hears u when you mention that. I asked 4 other companies & not 1 of the competitors said it would even be longer than a 2 hour job & 1 competitor gave me a flat rate of $175 for the same job. I tried to tell him that I give a lot of referrals, but he didn't care. He must be rich & doing great. I like to do business in Redlands where I live, but I will never go back there for anything.
