The Wild Hair Salon and Spa — Attraction in Redlands

I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after my experience at Wild Hair today. I live in NJ, and my mother, who lives out here, was recently diagnosed with dementia, and I flew out to take care of some things for her and discovered her hair was knotted and matted up badly. After calling around a few places, I called Wild Hair and spoke with Pam, who was very kind and helped link me to stylist Jeff. He was so amazingly kind, gentle and funny with my mom, making her feel comfortable, and just was an amazing human. Not only that, but he de-matted her hair with only a little bit of trimming, which I didn't think was possible, and made her hair look totally amazing! His work was enough to merit 5 stars, but his kindness will be something I will not forget. Jeff, you are a legend, and you helped my family more than you know. Thank you...

I made an appointment with maria, lovely lady! When I called I specifically asked for someone that knew how to cut curly hair. I've had horrible hair cuts with people that dont know how to cut curly hair..even more so now that my hair is falling out due to postpartum. Immediately she gets to cutting and starts telling all this stuff about curly hair. I just knew right away shes going to be the person I will come to to cut my curly hair. I walked out feeling good, and happy with my hair cut. Something I haven't felt in a long time. Last haircut I got, it looked like a mullet. Horror story basically!! I have not had my hair professionally cut and styled in over 5 years and have a little bit of trust issues with my hair since I've have many bad experiences, but I went to the wild hair salon and I was mind blown. I went in to have a dramatic cut and was scared since I was having so much taken off but was put to ease as soon as I walked in. It was clean, professional, organized, and kind! Lori was very sweet and extremely talented! She made me leave that salon with the biggest smile on my face and the most confident I've felt in years!
