Tri City Shopping Center — Attraction in Redlands

As I'm going in there is a lady in front of me, obviously irate, who gets to the counter and just starts yelling at the people in the back. She says she's been outside waiting for her order that she had sent in through the app or whatever and had notified them when she had arrived. She had been out there 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Where was her food? I could quite clearly see there was one of those orders on the counter. I mentioned to her that it may be hers but she wouldn't even look at it. She was rude and out of line to the staff behind the counter. I understand her frustration but rather than get yourself all worked up over something that was an unintentional error, just be polite and resolve it amicably. The young manager that did eventually resolve things left a lot to be desired. His training lacked in many ways. He allowed himself to take her anger personally and at one point almost matched her rudeness. Fortunately, I believe I caught his eye and suggested it wasn't worth it and he did stop himself. The owner of this location should invest in better training of his managers. Always act professionally and never lower yourself to the customers childish, rude or inappropriate behavior. To all managers, never forget: in your position you are a representative of the company. I'm sure that is not the reputation they'd like to be known for. We went to the running 🏃‍♀️ store and found them to be very helpful. 🏃‍♂️👟 I really wanted to buy a pair of Hokas, but they weren't all that soft inside compared to other shoes I tried on. Hokas run really, really small so I took a wide size 9 in them. The sole on the shoes we're quite wide! I found them difficult to put on and off, and the shoes felt very hard inside on the bondi 8. This is the number 1 rated shoe for theme parks! They didn't have much for different colors or styles! But I ended up buying asics in a nice blue that is incredibly comfortable, and I believe they will get me through a full day at Disneyland! This is a very nice clutter free store, and staff was nice! The location is great, close to where we live. We haven't tried the home delivery service for meds but hopefully soon we will and I will be sure to put up my review of that also when we experience that. The pharmacist always helps us out a lot with ordering our meds and making sure we get them the same day. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming, we usually browse around while waiting for meds and they usually get it out fast in less than 30 mins. We do have a rewards card and the just picking up meds earns us coupons for shopping which is a plus so we do end up buying from...
