I came by around 7 p.m. to donate clothes but had a really unpleasant experience.

An older Asian man working near the donation drop-off mocked me instead of helping. I wasn’t sure where to place the donations, and rather than offering any guidance, he made me feel dumb for not knowing.

Clean organize store that is more like a boutique than a thrift store, a very nice shopping experience and very nice clothes. You can tell by the way they display their merchandise that they care about what the store looks like and how they appear to the public. I really enjoy going there just to look around and see what's new. Terrible lighting, impossible to reach the clothes that are in the superior rack, they are very tight so You can't see the clothes, not great quality for the expensive price because they ask 9.99$ for a sweater that cost 20$ brand new. I talk with the manager assistant about my disappointment and he gave me a full list of excuses why the store is seedy, like for example that he is new ( after 3 weeks working there ).
