UPDATE: Now that I have my couch, I can give a full, honest review. First, the greeter/customer service guys at the front made me pretty uncomfortable when they just assumed that because I’m Indian, the other Indian woman in the store was my wife (she was not, and I’m not married to an Indian woman). At least they had the good grace to be embarrassed, and the sales associate, Julia, was very nice.
We bought a custom couch, and we were initially told delivery would be 2 weeks, by Julia AND when we called a week in to confirm. Then, it didn’t arrive in 2 weeks and we called and they said it’s 2-3 weeks. Then it didn’t arrive and we called and they said it’s 2-4 weeks...and then when they emailed to did delivery time, it ends up being 5 weeks. They kept moving the goalpost on delivery and it took 5 weeks, when we were told 2, to receive the couch. It’s a great couch and the delivery guys were awesome, but that kind of service where they kept lying and moving the date is not great. Be aware it may take 2x longer to receive a custom couch than they say. Cutting this from 5 to 3 stars for lack of transparency, lying, and just a touch of racism. Julia and delivery guys were great, issues were with how corporate handled delivery delays and the discomfort of dealing with the guys at the front (who were just dumb, not bad guys).

If you are considering buying anything here, please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The problems started with the sales process. What was promised as a simple, transparent purchase turned into a web of hidden fees and misleading information. The salesperson seemed more interested in getting a quick signature than in making sure I understood the total cost, and the final price was significantly higher than what was initially quoted. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The real disaster, however, was the delivery and customer service. My furniture arrived damaged, and the delivery team was careless and unprofessional. When I called to report the issue, I was met with a brick wall. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, rude, and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. They shuffled me between departments and eventually just stopped returning my calls. It's clear that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you as a customer. This isn't just bad service; it's a complete lack of integrity. They'll take your money and leave you with damaged goods and no recourse. Read moreVery disappointed in the delivery services. My initial delivery timeframe was 12:15-3:15pm. I received a call stating they were running behind. The window time 3:15-5:30. I called delivery service 1-866 number at 6:08pm. I spoke to a representative who stated the zip code was different. I hadn’t moved and received multiple deliveries in the last 3 years from Living Spaces. Someone transposed the zip code it should’ve been 90302 but someone listed 90230. The rep tells me she can’t change the zip code. She also tells me that transportation isn’t answering but if I try and call maybe I can get ahold of them. If they aren’t answering for her why would they answer for me. My daughter called another number for assistance and the lady said she didn’t have a number to contact then she proceeds to give my daughter Synchrony to change the zip code which didn’t make sense to call financing. Delivery finally arrived around 6:50 pm. Just before the team finished setting up my internet goes out. They leave and the room they set up the electricity was completely shut off. The delivery team turned off the electricity in my daughters room without communicating to us. Finally we resolved the issue. This overall delivery was unacceptable and not happy with the overall situation the lack assistance and miscommunication and then turning off electricity in my daughter’s room. Not happy...
