The sales people are nice. That’s about all for good. Their delivery system is pretty bad in my opinion. A week ago I went in and purchased a 700$ table. The lady first said okay that ones in stock, but we couldn’t take it home with us that day? Why I don’t know. So I agree to pay extra for delivery. It’s been a week & it’s finally coming, Well great now my baby needs to go to the dr and someone HAS to sign for it, even though they aren’t assembling it or entering my home. So I call to reschedule or ask if I can pick it up at the store this weekend instead. I’ll even still pay delivery. Doesn’t matter just want the table. Well I can’t pick it up. And delivery will be another week away. So I’m forced to wait two weeks for a table that’s honestly not good enough to be 700$. I went here because I thought it was so amazing like the reviews but when you walk into a furniture store usually you’re allowed to take the item home the same day if it’s in stock right? I feel like I was tricked into delivering when I didn’t even want delivery. Now I’m stuck waiting weeks for a table. I want to cancel it but I’m sure I can’t do that either. This place doesn’t accommodate or even offer any other options rather then “just wait!”. Lowe’s and RC willey BOTH delivered & assembled my other large furniture pieces within a few days of purchase, for the same delivery cost this place charges for a delivery with no assembly....
Read moreWell the lady who did my amica account for the financing said that in 4 months my account would get hit with interest when the guy who sold it to me said I had 12 months they weren’t able to even give me a paper with my payment history no one knew exactly how much interest I would get hit with they just said that my whole purchase after 4 months is up is what it goes to so from a 1000 dollar purchase to 2000 is a big jump an no one seemed to have any real ideas of exact numbers when that’s the most important part an also I didn’t even get a print out of what I only owe left got a print out of what it fully came to an the monthly payments they set up nothing about that interest nothing showing exactly what I only owe left she could see it on her side but not even exact number she had to add it up an it wasn't even exact it was a guess and then she said I could see everything about my exact payment on the app an I get see any information tell the purchase even gets to me so I’m left without exactly knowing anything with such a huge increase I think the sales people should be way more aware and up to date on both sides of the correct info an actually be able to give printout of ur exact purchase an with how much u already put down so u have on paper I want a copy sent to my email with my exact purchase amount an what I exactly owe an by when before u guys try to hit me with some...
Read moreI absolutely loved this furniture store. GeorgeAnna Cessna was the perfect sales rep for me. She greeted me at the door and I explained to her I understand they work off commission but I would like to browse on my own and I would let her know what I have chosen. She kept her distance but kindly kept her eyes on me in case I needed something. So after about 4 hrs in the store and several thousand dollars, she not only closed 1 order but 3 total orders with numerous items for me to furnish my new home. I was very pleased with all my items.. I’m actually quite excited for the delivery. The funny thing I hate shopping but she made it very easy and pleasurable and truly enjoyed the longest time I have ever spent in any store in my entire life… I had left the store with my initial purchase but then my husband joined me and I had to show him what I purchased and then he put in some additional items and that’s why we had two more orders after… totally pleased and grateful.
