Birdeez Reno — Attraction in Reno

We were really looking forward to checking this place out. Unfortunately we found that several other one stars reviews were very accurate. We went in and sat at the bar to looked at the menu. We were repeatedly ignored while we sat there. Of the 3 bartenders, none of them even so much as came up and offered service. One bartender continually leaned against the bar playing on his phone. The second bartender was deliberately ignoring anyone who was a guy or a couple and was only asking the single girls if they needed anything. One of the bartenders was doing some form of work but must have walked past us at least 10 times and didn't even look in our direction. Finally after sitting there for around 25 minutes we just got up and left. During that entire time not one employee even looked in our direction.

As someone who worked for years in the service industry this place was pretty high up there on my list of bad employees. I've seen other really good reviews of this place. However with what I saw, I can't imagine how anyone would rate this as a good place to go. This is not a place I would ever go to again considering all the other great places within a two minute walking distance of this place. This place is pretty cool!there is so much going on. There is a ton of people and a ton of adult games. It's 3 story with the bottom having a bar and some games as well. All the colors and lights definitely will attract people. The top has food and it was pretty good. But very expensive for just opening up. I love the fact that there is so much space to lounge and a ton of chairs to lounge on. My most favorite thing is the seated area between the stairs going to the basement. That was really cool to me. Parking can be hard but if you park in the garage next door it's pretty close and easy but you do have to pay..good...

I had an amazing time at Birdeez! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and there was no shortage of things to do—from golf and darts to ping pong and board games. Kadreanna, our host, was fantastic. She made sure everyone was set up and comfortable with the games, and her friendly, helpful attitude really elevated the experience. She truly went above and beyond to make it a great night.
