I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my time here truly enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped foot into Keystone Square, I was greeted with beautifully landscaped surroundings and ample parking spaces, making my visit hassle-free. The layout of the strip mall is well thought out, allowing for easy navigation between the diverse array of shops.

The selection of stores at Keystone Square is simply fantastic! From fashion boutiques and home decor shops to electronics and a well-stocked grocery store, I found everything I needed and more. One of my favorite aspects of Keystone Square is the unique blend of national brands and local businesses, giving it a distinct character that sets it apart from other strip malls.

During my shopping spree, I also had the opportunity to indulge in the amazing food choices available at Keystone Square. The food court offers a wide variety of cuisine to satisfy any craving, from delicious Asian fare to mouth-watering Mexican dishes. There are also several charming cafes and eateries scattered throughout the mall, perfect for a quick bite or leisurely meal with friends and family.

Customer service at Keystone Square is truly commendable. The staff at every store I visited were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience even more delightful. NEW REVIEW 2/8/23: It would seem that there is a combination of many properties at the large corner lot but not all of them are a part of the Keystone Square umbrella. With Save Mart as the anchor, the names on the tenant sign are not all of the businesses within eyeshot. There's a secondary annex with Pizza Baron, a decent discount store and a LatinX church on one side and a tattoo shop, Suzie's "adult boutique" and massage parlor on the other side. You would barely notice there are random security patrols for the entire complex unless you were paying attention. Burger King, Taco Bell and Little Caesar's all face West 4th Street too and carry a burden of why so many vagrants hang out in the area. The fact that I said there are MULTIPLE security patrols for this swath of land says all it really should about it. 24/7/365, there is almost always a number of unhoused vagrants hanging around somewhere on the property, doing everything from panhandling to screaming incoherently. Except for the sweep truck that runs around the place between 10PM-6AM (varied), the place still looks dumpy and dirty, even with the newly reopened theater, home to Reno Comedy. It seems Save Mart themselves have given up on their exterior aesthetics and customer safety after nearly taking a couple of spills on their frontage sidewalk due to their lack of snow and ice removal. I won't even get started on the antiquated store itself. Unless you live downtown and HAVE to use this complex, it's really difficult to justify any recommendations nowadays. Warning:Dont go to THE 2 NAIL PLACES!THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Someone should check their :"Licenses." I WOULDN'T GO TO EITHER ONE,... EVER AGAIN! EVEN IF IT WERE -FREE!
