Labels Consignment Boutique — Local services in Reno

I am from reno and my mom lives out of town. I heard about this store Labels, so me and my mom stopped by... The store itself was okay other than all the outdated clothing they had..I was not impressed one bit. They say its a small Beverly hills in Reno however ive seen better stuff at Junkees. Dirty shoes and clothes selling for 200 dollars good luck with that. The reason for my review however is mostly because the customer service was HORRIBLE. We came in trying to buy some new hand bags but we came out with nothing.. The owner was rude she did not acknowledge us one bit.. My thought was because we are Hispanic and had small children with us and probably thought we had no money.. Little did the owner know that we had thousands of dollars we were trying to spend on some new purses for me and my mom.. Snobby old ladies do not know what class is.. Stick with ur used Gucci bags lady .. Id rather shop and spend a couple more hundred dollars somewhere else and get treated with excellent customer service than come back to your store... The employees at mcdonalds have much better service than you can provide. Maybe you should think about getting a new carrer. This one doesn't look like its working out very...

It has been quite awhile since I have been to Labels because of the offensive sales staff. They were rude and very stuffy. I was treated "less than".... Also, the prices were ridiculous! I am quite surprised that Labels is still in business. I am writing this review now, as I was googling for consignment shops to visit today and saw that Labels was still around. After reading the other reviews, I decided to chime in because the similar poor experiences expressed resonated with me. I find it very sad that any business would receive multiple poor reviews and obviously be okay with how many "potential" customers were shunned and offended, and not give a care. I am assuming that the owner/management staff does not care, because their practice of offensive and poor customer service continues. This type of service and treatment makes it more difficult for all the small businesses that do work so hard to stand tall and proud against the big department stores. Well, kudos to the other small business owners in Reno that get it right ! The Label's staff might benefit from visiting the small businesses in Midtown and elsewhere in Reno, and observe staff providing great, non-judgemental...
