Unfortunate I can't like or write anything positive on this page. I have been a KW customer since 1994 buying parts and trucks from your Green Bay WI location after today I will no longer be a customer from the way my son has been treated trying to buy a truck. He started the process and put money down with salesman Bill. He was told the process would take 9 weeks. It has been way beyond that with constant lies, miss-truths and non-information. He was told date after date when the truck would be built only no truck. The sold his truck on the premise his new one would be done and here still nothing. He contacted the Madison head guy and was told Green Bay should lease him a truck at a reasonable rate. Contacted Bill and was told they don't have any trucks to lease but first telling him it would be 750.00 per week and 15 cents per mile. He talked to the Green Bay GM, Jay Bower who basically screamed at him told him he doesn't care if our family has been a good paying on time customer and we mean nothing to him. He doesn't care my son is losing 5000.00 per week without a truck. NICE people you employ. Today is April 10th and no one knows where his truck is. HORRIBLE...
