This spot is the BEST boba you can get at Renton. They don’t sacrifice quality with the speed you’re getting those drinks, you’re bound to wait five minutes top once you place your order. They ain’t playing no games at all.
I’ve been here since I was 13 and this place just ALWAYS hits the spot. The toppings are all abundant with flavor, and so are their teas which they brew and keep fresh which is such a rarity in the Renton boba scene. PLUS, it’s pretty cheap. $4.75 for classic black milk tea without toppings? What a steal! The prices have gone a bit high though and the menu laminated prices isn’t the same as the one on the TV, weird.
My favorite is the Okinawa Milk Tea w/ Tapioca, it’s a classic everyone can enjoy and the sweetness is delightful to get you through the day. A 5/5, it has NEVER missed.
Attached is the Mango Green Tea w/ lychee jelly, perfect balance between both fruit and tea, creating a lovely blend of intricate flavors to soothe all stress. 5/5.
We got the Taro Milk Tea w/ pearls, and this place is the only place that does TARO right. Other places either make it sickenly sweet, or their taro tastes like moldy oatmeal. This place is NONE of that. The taro here is delightful and comforting, it’s gentle and not overwhelming. It’s a solid standard flavor and this is quite literally the only good taro in Renton. 5/5.
Next up is a new contender - Peach Kiwi Green Tea w/ Aiyu Jelly, and lemme tell you this this girl was AMAZING. The blend of kiwi, peach, and jelly was phenomenal. I thought this was going to be real sour, but NO! It was amazing, literally amazing. Probably one of the best drinks Sharetea has to offer, and an underrated one too. God bless America because this was too darn good!! It’s on the pricier end though, but I loved all the fruity jellies in the drink. 5/5.
Overall, Sharetea is just too good. The Renton boba scene is primarily just Sharetea at this point because it’s THAT good. We have Trá too, but they are pricey and in the end they charge you extra if you ask for no ice…? Like what?? All of Sharetea drinks are consistent, service is fast, everybody in the back is vibing. It’s all good vibes here. Truly one of the best places to get your boba fixing,...
Read moreHi!
This was at the landing ShareTea branch in Renton, WA.
I just wanted to share a disappointing experience.
I went to sharetea in the landing today to use a gift card to buy two drinks. When I ordered and tried to use it, I was told that due to a system change, that a gift card can only be used with a manager present. They then told me a manager is not on site right now.
Why is there no manager at the branch? Especially if they’re the ONLY people who can process gift card payments? It’s fine that the system has been changed, but it’s not reasonable that my gift card is not being accepted because of that and that a manager is not there to process it as well. The ShareTea gift cards can only be used at one branch and the one I have can only be used at the Renton landing branch. What was the point of me even buying the gift card then?! How am I supposed to time when the manager will be there to be able to use my gift card??
I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to never buy a gift card from here again.
What makes it worse is that the only reason we drove out there in the rain was to use the gift card. It was highly disappointing that we couldn’t even use it and the experience that we had.
It makes no sense! Please do better...
Read moreGreat drinks and great staff. I come here all the time, maybe twice a week. My favorite drinks are classic milk green tea with boba and matcha red bean ice blended with ice cream. I'm on a mission to try the whole menu. I've never liked a bubble tea place as much as ShareTea. The line gets pretty long during peak hours so try to call in ahead of time if you don't want to wait. Sometimes you still have to wait for the drink to be made, or wait in line to pay, but at least if you call in, you can save a little bit of time. Really clean store and they have a bathroom too. There are a few seats in the shop, but most people take it to go. There's also seating outdoors right in front of the shop. There is no parking right in front since the shop is located in the middle of the strip, so you have to park across the street in front of Izakaya or along the street in front of The Joint. They have hot drinks and cold drinks depending...
