I actually LOVE this store. I hate to rate it 2 stars but this is the SIXTH TIME I’ve left my cart outside an aisle (so that I don’t obstruct the aisle and so that people can get by me), only to come back 5 min later and it’s been taken away by store staff. I usually have to go and hunt all my items down to get them back.
I spoke to the staff at the counter about this last time and asked them to pass it along to their manager.
Today I had $180 worth of Christmas items in my cart, left it for 4 minutes to look on the other side of an aisle. When I returned- yep! It was gone and everything had been put back by store staff! Read moreI needed a jacket price checked and the friendly employee was very nice and checked with supervisor/manager DEMISHA, she came to the front very loud and chanting for a football game then was answering employee in very demeaning way, Then I needed the jacket held till very next morning she replied she can't and I would have to come in the morning to rehold. I have done this in past and didn't understand why she was so rude to her employee asking questions about getting things authorized; and me asking to hold something. WILL NOT COME BACK TO LOCATION I do not know how much these employees get paid but I'am sure its not enough to get treated in a belittling manner when asking there manager about authorizations...

This is the messiest Marshall’s in the area. Even during the off season, spring/fall the store is always disorganized not just during the holiday shopping.
Employees are also the rudest at this location and I’ve been to many Marshall’s. Today an employee at checkout whose name was delma, or Elma? They were so passive aggressive when she realized I was going to pay with a gift card because maybe she had set up for a card payment. She left out a big sigh & weird face.
Maybe train your employees more, hire more employees (especially during the holiday season), so that your store doesn’t look like a tornado...
