I've been there before there but someone coming to warranty services for phones in a technical person certified as Android Enterprise professional Partnered w/ Samsung Services and Reseller, I thought after talking Samsung and support ticket sending that they would cover that part under warranty as it should be on S23 Ultra 512GB, hearing the conversation, and already covering the warranty on why I'd prefer the "dock" to be replaced and not have a referb, somce the USB C chargering port is the bad part or wearing out quickly and oddly it doesnt work w Samesung OEM Cable I use through an Intel USB C to C port w PD in my NUC/PC, but oddly works with other cables that are cheaper by far and since I use my phone minimally but for authentication factors that I have multiples of that tied to private keys and such that it's familiar impossible to replace the phone without being there for the login to manage your entire club systems so they were supposed to call me back a few days after they got the dock as I work a lot so that two or three hour turnaround time is it important rather dropping the phone off before work and just grab the next day before will be fine this way I know they don't rush since I know some of the owners just that locally, but noticed I didn't want to service it under warranty from the manufacturer at first and the other person called the manager I could hear saying the same thing and that the part would be $100 which don't get me wrong I would probably deal with if it wasn't just not theirs that shouldn't have to get under a manufacturer warranty that gave me them as the service center but I have called in finally waiting to hear back even though I signed up for their text service other notification so we will see because I had this planned for a specifiic day in between moving and other major life events or whatever that call it
if they get back to me at the service isn't good the review will stand and I'll update why if they actually fix it and covered as they said and it should be then I will follow up and change because I do know there are supply chain and exception items all over from distribution so could just be a type thing we'll see on the follow up
They got back to me followed up and did everything that was asked and done well just took a few extra days due to the part being delayed and then some issues with the software to test it but they did a workaround for me since I work in tech already and a partner with Samsung. The USB-C connection is still working well much better than pretty much the whole time I had it, thanks guys!

I took my phone to the Matteson location to have my cracked screen repaired. At the time, the phone had no other problems. The manager said they would fix the screen and run tests on the phone to check for software issues. I picked up the phone the next day. Before leaving, I asked if there were any software issues. The repair technician explained that the software was fine. About 5 minutes after leaving, I realized my phone had no Wi-Fi or cellular data. It could not make or receive calls and texts. None of the apps worked properly. The phone could not do anything more than turn on and off.
Since I thought there was a problem with the signal, I took the phone to my mobile carrier. They did a series of tests over the next few days and determined that the phone was damaged and could not be repaired. They told me I needed a new phone.
When I contacted UBREAKIFIX, they told me to bring the phone in. I did. They did not run anymore tests. The repair technician did not even look at the phone. He did not ask anyone else to look at it. He just sat it on the counter and told me that the phone was not damaged. He also told me to contact Samsung. Then, he admitted that the phone's new housing may be the problem. He said if Samsung did nothing, I could bring the phone back to have the housing replaced again. So, he claimed that the phone was not damaged while also admitting that the repair technician could have caused the problem.
Since T-Mobile had already determined that the phone was damaged beyond repair, I called UBREAKIFIX the next day. I spoke to the manager. I asked for a refund since the damage was obviously caused during the repair. He told me I could not have a refund because the phone was not damaged.
How could my dead phone not be damaged? I brought it in with only a broken screen. When I picked it up, it was in worse condition. I lost $237.19 on their worthless repair service. Now, I have to pay even more money to replace my phone. If you are considering bringing your business here, I strongly advise you to go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGenuinely trash. I took my Mac there yesterday to help me reinstall my iOS that was accidentally deleted while trying to factory restart it. The problem I faced at home was a not strong enough network to get it past the internet recovery. That same day it was fixed promptly and free of charge. I was told if the problem arose again to return and it would be connected to their Wi-Fi to install in store.
Well the problem happened again when I restarted it(accidentally) before installing the iOS again. When I returned today and my device was take to the back, I was told an entirely different problem: a disk failure that would run me between $50 and $100. When I asked to speak to the person who helped me before he relayed the same message of ādisk failureā. I asked if we could repeat the same process as the day before because I was sure that it was the exact same issue as the day before. I was told that wasnāt possible, which I replied by asking if I could try to get it to the same start place as the day before(the process was simply holding option, control, and r at the same time as the apple logo appeared when turning it on).
I explained this to them and it was taken to the back. It was brought back to me without that process being done. Then all of a sudden my computer was dead again and not turning back on. Instead of taking it back to the same charger it worked on and doing the process I suggested(that worked last time mind you), the charger in the front of the store was used where it wouldnāt turn back on.
Took it back home where I connected it to my charger and guess what chat: it turned on, I turned pressed control, options, and r during the apple logo load up and got it back to exactly the same point I brought it in yesterday. 30+ minutes wasted for no reason. Never doing business here again. Absolute scammers, would give negative stars if the option...
