Well, I been doing back and forth between 4 stars or 5, and I made my decision to stay with 5 stars. There are multiple reason why 4 star made sense but our perfumer Talal, was AMAZING!!! He save us from not walking out. Reasons for getting 4 stars or even 3 happen as soon as we walked in. Walking in at 2:30, there wasn’t clear instructions on where to go to make your our perfumes, so we stood behind people in line at the counter and waited to be instructed on where to go to make perfume. We were told that we are behind one group and was told it will be about 20-30 minutes, which was fine by us. After the group in front of us got seat we were next, 30 had already pasted but we were next so we waited anyway. About 20 minutes a group got up and we were next to be called, the lady which seem like the owner of the place or the mother of all the adult children that work there seemed to not want us there. She was in charged of calling everyone that were next in line, she was told by another employee that were 3 group here for the perfume making, me and my brother, behind us to be next was a friend group of two people, and after them there was a group of 4 people. It’s 3 o’clock and we haven’t been called yet but we were next. So about 3:30 we see the manager lady call the last group in front of all of us. We look around like did we just get skipped, so we went up and asked them if they still had us available for the perfume making, the manager wasn’t pleasant at all and told us we can just stand right here and smell these perfumes and we will get with y’all right after them. EXCUSE ME, but we were next, she should told us to smell these and wait. By now it’s already 3:40, so we just trying to enjoy the beginning of the experience and hope it got better cause we have already been waiting since 2:30. Then around 4:05 our amazing Talal came in saved the day, he was welcoming and fully aware that we were waiting a long time, he took his time with us, he has so much knowledge about each fragrance, and found me and my brother 3 unique fragrances each that we are in love with. We finally check out at 5:50, long time to be there, but Talal made up for it, and told us, and now tell anyone that reds this to only come on the weekday to get a full experience, they are a very busy company, and the weekday are much better. So I will be coming back but now I know to only come in on the weekdays. The very reason I keep them at a 5 star is because I do want people to go and experience how to make your own perfume that unique to you and what you personally like. If your able to request Talal, get him! And tip him if you can , he works hard and is really genuine about his work.

Update 2/24/25 Well, I just visited the store again, also invited a friend, which was unfortunately cause I didn’t not receive not nearly as a good of a service I did before. It was not packed at all two people were at the table getting service. Their perfume experience has changed, and not for the better to say the least. We were not given the opportunity to smell variety of perfume like before, and were given very few fragrances to go from. I tried to explain this wasn’t what I experienced before, is it possible to receive that service package and was told they don’t do that anymore, even though the scent trays were right there and he didn’t have anyone else waiting to make perfume. Felt rushed and not taken seriously. If your still wanted to go after this, make sure you get the full experience, their prices have gone up, so make sure you get everything include in the perfume making service. My visit to Amir Oud Perfumery store in Dallas really opened my mind to the beautiful scents and fragrances. I really loved the store; it was a cozy family owned and run business; aiming to share their passion for Perfumery and Fragrances with their clients.

The store was clearly designed to create a one-to-one unique client experience, with its Bar-like seatings furniture, with several Oils Dispensers, placed on the bar-table, to enable clients to experience different oils and scent mixes.

Amir Oud Perfumery store was a Wonderful Joyful experience, in all what the words mean. The store was very luxurious and elegant, making me feel like I was in my own private fragrances and perfumery’s lounge.

Amir Oud Perfumery elegantly demonstrated how perfumery was a great mix of science and personal creativity.

Madame Lama, the prime founder of Amir Oud Perfumery and the family's caring mother. She is certainly a classically trained nose with years of experience working in the fragrance industry.

She has a relentless desire to source the world’s most pure and potent essential oils. She was very keen and patient, to ensure that I explored and experimented the many different mixes of fragrances and scents. She patiently mixed different scents, till I found the fragrances that suited me most.

I certainly got a taste of perfume creation and learned the basics of perfumery from her.

Amir Oud Perfumery have a wide range of perfumes and fragrance oils, Colognes and Oil Blends, as well as many naturally scented Body Oils, Body & Hand Soaps, Body Wash, Shower Gels, Fragrance Candles and much more. They certainly have high quality, luxurious products that promotes wellbeing, support relaxation, and enable creativity.

I just can't recommend this place highly enough for anybody wanting to enjoy a unique 1-1 experience with perfumes.

Just Amazing!!!

Amir Oud Perfumery certainly deserve a 5...

I was shopping at trader Joe's and there was such a beautiful smell that caught my nose and I inquired what was the smell the young lady couldn't remember the scent but told me where she got it. I visited the store the following day,never been there before had no clue how it worked. Someone finally said sign in if you want to go the the perfume bar which literally looks like a bar setting. The young lady who helped us was very professional and pleasant but I just didn't like all the smells that was being presented but finally a couple came in and the gentleman that was helping them put together a very nice fragrance so I went with their sent plus whatever the other scent that was added to make it my personal scent. So when I was ready to pay the cashier said she was adding the 29 dollar fee for my son who was with me and that did not go well with me I'm already paying the cost of my perfume so now a 29 fee for him being there with me. So I just went back and did one for my husband which was a lot more than 29 but just to pay that fee for smelling some tissue? The price list was never shown until after the product was chosen because it was either medium or large for the bottled cost. So in the future for someone who has NEVER been in your store please please educate the customer on what is expected in cost and if you come in with someone let them know that if they sniff your tissue and you don't buy you will need to pay. It doesn't say PER person. The manager took her finger and covered it up when I brought it to her attention. The other older lady where the oils are her attitude and the eye gesture was not professional. Customer service is a must in any business. The young lady that helped me was amazing but the rest of them NO. Also I noticed a few customers were served tea. No one offered tea to us....
