CityLine Park — Attraction in Richardson

Excellent natural contribution of paved and unpaved trails with wonderful tress and creek. I've witnessed a bobcat, frogs, turtles, snakes, lizards, fish, and birds such as blue herein, Bluejays, cardinals, hawks, to name a few. Robust vegetation is a mix of beautiful wildflowers, and unique insects. There are picnic tables with chessboard, stone, and metal benches. Walk down to the creek to skip rocks or tuck your toes under the clear flowing water. Bing the kids if you want and let them play at the park on the Northside of Renner, Rd. CityLine Park is a great escape and perfect nonpoluted location for a relaxing and fundamental #digitaldetox

A very small space for kids to play , ironically it’s just opposite to the huge dog park .. for a place like cityline with so many apartments around , the City of Richardson clearly didnot think of making a nice size yard for kids with grass beneath ( the wood shavings in the cityline park are just too dangerous) .. even wrote to the city parks dept but they just closed my request without making any changes .. don’t take my kid to this park as don’t find it safe for him to play( and there aren’t many swings or anything around ) and...

Good variation of play things to keep kiddos busy of various ages. There are sun shades but don't really shade unless the sun is directly above/midday. Main gripe is that the positioning of the shades means that birds poop all over the top platforms and being that it's a public park, I wouldn't anticipate it being cleaned on a regular basis.
