Red Nails N Spa — Attraction in Richfield

I got my nails done (full set of acrylic nails with gel.) on Wednesday 11/10/21. By Friday 11/12/21, 3 nails had fallen off, and one was hanging on for dear life. By Sunday 11/14/21, I was missing 6 of 10 nails (3 on one hand and 3 on the other.) I called the shop on Friday and was told they could fix the nails, but I’d have to pay per nail for it. (All sales are final, no refunds is their policy.) less than 2 days later, and I was missing 3 nails, and they did nothing to try and make it right. It’s now a week later 11/17/21 and I have one nail left. I have not done anything even remotely strenuous or taxing that the nails would pop off for, or get caught with. I got them short and sassy just like me. Don’t wast your money at this place. Worst nail job ever, I would rate...

The customer service is great and they're always kind when I get my nails done. However Jen ripped my eyelashes out while applying extensions. I figured she a new lash tech and accidents happen... but when she finished I realized she was using strips!!! My lashes were all chunky and the same length. Clusters are okay, strips are very damaging. All my lashes were glued together. It was a nightmare for my regular lash lady to fix and CHUNKS of my lashes came out with the glue. She also glued long strips of lashes to my SKIN. Please take some classes and please stop using strips, you are causing permanent damage to peoples lashes. It doesn't take much longer to use clusters than strips. Please please get certified there are short...

I called and made an appt. For the same day. My nail tech Tony was super sweet and a delightful conversationalist. My full set took about 35 minutes. 3 days after getting my nails done I hit my nail on the door of my car trying to get a bag that was in the back behind me. I didn't smash my finger or anything just kind of smacked it on the door. It didn't even hurt. I didn't think anything of it as I got the bag. But after I got the bag I looked at my hand and my whole nail was broken in 2 place. Not even the tip. So I have to go back and have that redone. The people there are genuinely really nice. But I think I'll be going somewhere else...
