V NAILS 1 — Attraction in Richfield

I would advise NOT going here.

I had been to this salon maybe dozen times now and will not be coming back. When I left I noticed that every nail was a different shape, the polish was very uneven, super thick & not painted to the cuticles.

I reluctantly called and decided to go in for a fix. So couple days later the owner had blamed all the nails being misshaped because it’s how I held my hands out like a claw and because of that it caused the gel polish to run and pool up and dry unevenly again because of me.

Instead of soaking my gel manicure off, he dremeled it which now has destroyed my nails underneath.

He then spent a lot of time trying to fix the shape, still didn’t listen to me when I still said it was still crooked but proceed anyways to repainting them. He told me to stop watching him work and kept demanding me to look only at the tv or the light box.

After he “finished” he abruptly got up pushing his rolling chair back and banging into the wall as he rushed away to help the next client. He never apologize once.

He also let me leave without cleaning up his edges.

This was my first visit to VNails and I loved it. I went with my 14 year old daughter and we only got pedicures. There was a 30 minute wait because there were only three people working, but it was also a Wednesday night and rainy so I'm sure they anticipated a slow night. I wish I would have asked the name of the man who took care of my feet. I hadn't had a pedicure in almost two years so he definitely had his work cut out for him. In short, my feet were a mess! He made me feel so comfortable and he worked hard to get my feet summer ready. The woman who did my daughters toes was so nice to her and also did a great job. While under the dryer my daughter leaned over to me and said,"mom, they gave us phenomenal service!" It takes a lot to impress a 14 year old enough for her to voice it. I will definitely come back and recommend...

Look I’m not one to review a place. But the nails at this place were terrible. I thought I could see if these reviews were accurate and they were more than accurate. The service was friendly, but the actual execution of the nails was TERRIBLE. They came out choppy looking like a five year old did them. And the person doing my nails had green and stuff all over his hands, I’m hoping it was a stain so I don’t get contact dermatitis. This place was very dirty and had stuff peeling off the wall. But it was cheap, but cheap price for cheap quality. The nails are crooked, the polish barely covered the start of the grow out point so the nails already look grown out. DO NOT GO HERE IF U...
