My Husband ordered two 12" x 9" Army Recruiting Guidons as gifts of appreciation and recognition for men on his team. Name plates and letters are in perfect size font so easily read. Packing was very well done. Cleaning kit and wall brackets come with your purchase which we did not know that but were very thankful. All we can say is WOW! When my Hubby and I took the foam wrapping off the frame which was not bulky and heavy, we both were stunned with glowing eyes of satisfaction. PROFESSIONAL!!! The pictures you see online do not even remotely compare to the detail and perfection you will actually receive. My husband called her right away but her husband answered the phone for she was already in bed. He being a respected Veteran expressed his understanding of the importance these of moments of recognition are to the military. I totally agree! Moments like these need to be captured with careful consideration, respect, honor, gratitude, and nothing less than a good old fashion genuine love for what your putting hands to. We had the pleasure of talking to Cindy the next morning and it was a breath of fresh air with a morning brew. Felt like we were talking to an old friend from good times :) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT! All of these factors are why our purchase came out the way it did, PERFECT! I typically do not take the time to write lengthy reviews (though I do appreciate reading detailed reviews of products and services). This instance, I need to give substance to Cindy’s quality service. Bottom Line Up Front- her care and product are equally unmatched.

Our first interaction was welcoming and she immediately took ownership of what she cold offer me in creating a shadowbox displaying a few of my military decorations. What I enjoyed most was her meticulous nature of accounting for the details. Nothing is eye-balled with her. She uses computer software to ensure exact measurements are obtained and that every item is symmetrically balanced.

What I appreciated most was the dialogue. When I say every, I mean EVERY email correspondance I sent her she responded back that same day. As a customer, that carried much weight with me. Before we went final certain things, she made it a point to bring me in to review the display box. It was somewhat like an in-progress review and I appreciate her desire to ensure my expectations where being met.

I have gone back to her for two other items and plan on now having her frame everything.

Cindy is an amazing person and an expert at her trade. When a close friend and the commander of our unit died tragically in a car accident on his way home from training, I found myself searching for something to present to his grieving family at his funeral. After much searching, Cindy's frame shop had the most professional looking military framing work I could find. When I called her to ask if I could get it in time for the funeral, she unfortunately told me there was no way to do it in time, the funeral only being a couple of days away. Clearly torn by the tragic situation and without any convincing from me, Cindy decided to do everything possible to try to complete the art in time to present to the family without knowing if it would be possible in the end. She called in favors from multiple suppliers to get the materials in time, worked over the weekend, covered costs for shipping, went to great lengths to ensure the work met every expectation, and generally bent over backwards for someone she had never met. And yes, this is a TRUE STORY. I cannot say enough about the generosity of Cindy and the outstanding quality of the work...
