Confetti - The Party Store — Attraction in Richmond Hill

I was beyond excited to discover this amazing gem today in Richmond Hill! I stopped into "Confetti "(the party store) during my lunch break and was delighted to learn that they had just opened. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were incredibly sweet and helpful. I introduced myself and mentioned that I also work in the area, expressing how happy I was to see their business here.

After a quick browse and purchase, I headed back to the office. To my surprise, not long after I returned, the owner personally walked in to hand-deliver a refund. She stated while learning their new register system, they had accidentally overcharged me $5—and I hadn’t even noticed! Their honesty and effort to correct the mistake spoke volumes about the way the do business.

This level of care and transparency truly sets them apart. Richmond Hill is lucky to have yet another small business that values its customers and operates with integrity. I will absolutely be a dedicated customer and look forward to supporting this much-needed addition to...
