I was totally satisfied with my experience at Hoppe Jewelers. Lindsey did an extraordinary job helping me figure out exactly what would work to solve the problem I have with my knuckles getting larger as I age, and how to deal with it so I could find a ring to take the place of my old cigar band, which I loved. She listened to me explain what I visualized, and showed me a ring that immediately struck a chord!! And I was in love!! I am so excited. I didn't think I could find something I would like as much as the ring I bought!! But I give her all the credit!! And I am thrilled. Lindsey is very knowledgable, and friendly. She is great!! I told her that I wanted her to know that my husband drug me out to Indianapolis, to Shane Company, because he likes their advertisements so much. I did not see anything that really jumped out at me. I told him I wanted to go to Hoppe's because they are the ones who made my cigar band (with inlaid diamonds). I have always loved the ring, but it is too wide (7/8 inch) and hard to remove. I needed something smaller. I was not disappointed!! Thank you Hoppe Jewelers!! I hope you get a great advertisement on the radio that is as good as Shane's!! (My husband is a radio man....16 years on the air! He has a good ear for this kind of thing!). (He also has an awesome voice and creative ideas in case you ever need him to help you make an advertisement!!). You deserve to have as many people come shop your store as ShaneCo......and...

I've been shopping with Hoppe's since I had my ears pierced at age 13 at their original location! Over the years I've always turned to Hoppe's for special gifts for family and friends, so it was the only choice for my wedding rings 11 years ago. This past Christmas my husband wanted to give me something special. Since I would be wearing it, he didn't want to make any rash decisions. He purchased me a gift certificate and I was thrilled! I've held onto it because I really didn't know what to get. However, yesterday he and I walked in together and were very satisfied with the attention we received. I wanted something that would be sentimental and exquisite. We met Lisa and after trying on a few things and listening to what I really wanted, she suggested a Pandora Charm bracelet. She showed us various pieces until we found the perfect one. We are very pleased with the bracelet and charms we chose. We even placed an order for another charm. Thank you Lisa...

My husband surprised me with a trip to Hoppe’s last night! After 31 years of marriage, I got a new bridal set. Paula, our consultant, was wonderful! She took time to listen to my likes and dislikes, and patiently put pieces together. I truly never thought I would fall in love with anything (as much as the set I had worn for over 30 years, which was my mother’s own set,) but there came a moment when Paula put a ring on my finger … and I knew! The tears came, and that was it! She took time to tell me all about the “Hearts on Fire” set, and was so sweet (and funny.) Any jewelry we buy will come from Hoppe! The price was very reasonable, the staff were great, there was no pressure, and everyone there made the experience so memorable. This is not our first purchase from them, and it definitely won’t be our last. Go see Paula, and let her help you with the process.
