This time I go to your store in Richmond indiana and it's not just electronics,but almost all electronics. Plus it's pretty bad in every department and I understand that stimulus and tax time but a walmart supercenter should be prepared,they did have months to prepare and if any superstore in the United States it's walmart that should be well prepared for these events. They have unlimited resources to aquire the amounts of products based on last year's sale's and previous stimulus sale's and even though they might not have been at the same time they have the ability to run projected sales simulations to be prepared for this year. Of course there's going to be a fraction of smaller products and or brands that can't be projected perfectly but this year they was more unprepared than the previous year which was 100% more unpredictable than 2021. I'm only saying this because not only does it hurt the consumer but it's devistating walmart's sale's for this quarter and this will be the best sale's quarter for this year if they would have focused on projected sales earlier, aquiring products earlier, and most of all main offices state to state working together more and keeping up with federal government funding impacts. Again just trying to help consumers and the main store in this country because when devastating events like the one's in this country are taking place All at once a mega retail sales corporation should be doing all it can to give the population everything it needs by all stores All over the country by keeping each other in the loop and share info especially when you already had a great deal of data from the start of the pandemic. Read moreI've been to this location plenty of times before without issue. Unfortunately it's the bad experiences that seem to stick with people the most. On this particular trip it was *Over crowded *Few cashiers on the floor *Had to wait for a cart And most of I would not of had to even go to the store if they had been open when I arrived several days prior to this trip when I made an online order. They had available reserve times 8-9 & 9-10pm options. I chose 9-10pm reservation and placed my order. I showed up at 9:54pm. I had let them know I was on my way via the mobile app and when I arrived I let them know via the app that I was outside in parking space 4. I waited for 8 minutes and then tried to call the store to find our what was taking so long. No answer!!! So I went into the main entrance and spoke with customer service who said that they shut that down at 8pm and they leave at 10pm. So I didn't get my order and they had put a hold on my money which was just over 200. Even when I canceled my order so I could just do the shopping myself it took them 7 days to take the hold off my money. We went without much needed groceries. I'll never use their online curb pick-up again. Or go shopping on a Saturday if I can help it. Unfortunately this trip was not a good...

I HAD TO GO INTO THE STORE AND WALK ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE CHIPS AND WATER AISLE ON A MESSED UP ANKLE AND BAD BACK TO GET TO THE FLAVORED WATER THAT I DRINK. I PURCHASED 20 BOTTLES OF THE "CLEAR" FLAVORED WATER THAT THEY WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE FOR PICK UP. I HAD TO GO HOME AND TAKE PAIN MEDICATION AND LAY DOWN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. PLUS THEY HAD MOVED THE FLAVOR I DRINK TO THE VERY TOP SHELF. A KIND MAN SAW ME STRUGGLING TO GET THE WATER AND HELPED ME TO GET IT. I THOUGHT THE ORDER AND PICK UP APP WAS FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME 😡...I ALSO HEARD ONE LADY DIDN'T GET ALL OF HER ORDER SO SHE WENT INSIDE THE STORE AND IT WAS ON THE SHELVES.
